    Afternoon to all,
Will write a quick note, as the hours I gathered yesterday, have vanished again today
Family friend has been over to see us and Mum / Dad, didn't stop so long, but they were pleased to see him. As were we all. I walked round with B, to Mum's, about 50 yards, with one stop along the way.

Hi Joan, oh, we don't need a doorbell, lol. People just shout if the window is open, or bang on the door    sometimes I won't put the lights on until it is nearly dark, if we have had our naps. You need time to come round, before anyone else needs you.

just had to text next door, everyone out and window WIDE open at the back. She is home now and will be telling her Son off for leaving it open when he comes in from work. All was safe though, it is quiet on our park, thank goodness.

I thought you might be warm last night Barbara, I was wilting and wafting myself, today is much better. I can even stand the dryer being on, with the windows open. Nice breeze.

No worries with the hugs, they are always free and in abundance, if the Bush Babies are out and about, there are always hugs in the shed in the secret garden, alongside the spare hours :)

Confidence does take a huge knock when you fall. It was often a big thing to overcome for people who ended up in hospital with broken hips etc.

Breakfast was yummy, I have put the rest of the waffles in the fridge, to keep fresh. They won't last long when everyone gets a whiff of them

I was reading that chocolate is good for diabetics, as it releases insulin, which is fine by me, I didn't read the whole article, but the headline was lovely.

The garden is lovely, all that hard work from Sally, family and volunteers. A real credit to them all.

I am hoping that everyone else is ok. People will be along to catch up soon, so I had better leave something for T.

Hi to Toni, Christine, Kerrin, Charrisse, Mig, Kath and all.

Pepe and Sleek have been out on a quidditch mission again, keeping up with their practicing, Pepe had a real vole - I know, amazing  Miss Sleek was overwhelmed, bless.

Ok, must move, back is squealing at me. Catch you later, time for naps. :animal_busy: :animal_busy: :animal_busy:

we have cherry and ricotta strudel :) XX Aidan

Evening everyone! Sorry to be late in again. Tomorrow might be as bad. Dentist’s and hairdresser for Lucy. Today blood test for Charley, bank for Lucy, as well as an unexpected visitor.

    Aidan
I am pleased Mum and Dad enjoyed the visit from the old friend yesterday. I rather liked Joan’s comment about your door bell hahha! I suspected you don’t need one though

I’ve helped myself to some waffles out of the fridge – hope that’s ok? Will have some cherry and riccota strudel with CREAM too!!

Miss Slimkins came back FULL of it today!! She catnotised Pepe!! He did indeed catch a real vole and she only later told him it was one!!! She is so proud of him :D:D:D I am sure they will be fine on Thursday…..question is…..will the quidditch game be at night?? Mind you she has been on catazon and bought some night specs each to supplement their rather good night vision.

She is a very happy pusskin that Daddy is safely back from afar this evening :D  (Does she realise how far away Hogwarts is??)

I am certain the fayre will go very well and B will be so pleased he did it. You will be his happy helper I take it?

Last night I did not go into the enchanted garden I actually slept ok apart from a happy sad dream about one of Lucy’s friends who died of Leukaemia – Pagan. I was making her a sort of montage of things she had done in her life. It was fine though odd.

Pom is very well and the BBQ is the summer ‘do’ of the next village. Our rivals in Bets Kept Village…grrrr!! Not really I am in choir with lots of them. Although we do joke about chucking rubbish in their village!!

I seem to be on the ‘zoo rota’ to help the super vets next visit??? Tusks did you say??? :? :? :?

    Joan
my sinuses are the same sadly, but I see the specialist next month fingers crossed he has the results of the CT. The nurses always told Lucy to drink plenty it plumps the veins up you are right and it works!! :D

Barbara have you been in the enchanted garden yet?? You ought to have more confidence we all love you :)  Oh yes Monday is my watering day hehehe! I hope the blood test went ok? The sunset was fabulous  :D

Love to everyone hope I didn’t miss anyone

Evening to all. Lovely to be comfortable, rather than wilting like last night.

Hi Toni, you have had a busy day, here, there and everywhere and had unexpected visitors too. It's all go.

We used to have a door bell, but it used to ring next doors bell and not ours - and next doors used to ring the ladies across the way :lol::lol: it was chaos, everyone was going to their doors at the wrong time, so we took the batteries out of ours and next door threw hers in the bin. Much easier now, just to SHOUT.

The cherry and ricotta strudel is so so good, I think I may have had a little too much pastry  but it will pass :)

Yes, Pepe has been catonised, (he even ate some of the tampered food, from the vets, the ones with the dodgy batch number)
Miss Sleek will be very pleased with her skill of catnosis. He seems a little vacant, but said he was ok with the vole, as long as it didn't wriggle, then he would faint  Maybe one more session tomorrow, just to make sure he is completely au fait with them.

I am suspecting the Quidditch game will be at night, so a great idea to have some night vision goggles, good thinking Slimkins.

The train takes about 6 hours to get to Hogwarts, but that is not comparable to 6 hours here :? only one carriage will come for Pepe and Miss Sleek, not sure if there will be a mentor on the train. They don't really know how long the journey will take.........we should pack some snacks for them.

The return journey on the 1st, will not be by train, one of the toadstools in the enchanted forest whispered it to me. We will see how they arrive back at base  :?

Sleek was telling Pepe that Daddy had come back from far off lands and she was most pleased :)

That was a nice cream to have, I remember you have spoken of Pagan before Sometimes people come into our dreams, to let us know that things are ok, making the montage was very well received.

Oh, the next village, who are in competition for best kept village, I see. Best be taking some bags of rubbish to leave lying about :lol: No Aidan, that's naughty. I am sure all the people are very nice, but very competitive at the same time. Nice that you share the choir together, not forgetting Barbara, who is from far afield, up in t'north, like us

I notice that you are on the rota for tusk trimming and filing - bon courage. Don't worry, we will assist, shouting encouragement from the fence.:lol: I am bad tonight. Giddy, with the cooler temperatures.

Kath has asked me to let everyone know that she will not be around online for at least a week, problems with TalkTalk. I said I would pass on the message and one of the bush babies is staying with her for the duration :)

I have just noticed that you mentioned an IV into your foot Barbara, it is not uncommon, but it does sting a bit !! A tender area.
Drinking extra, before blood tests, usually works, as does being nice and warm.

You can see my veins, but, admit me to hospital and they vanish, literally.  They take some coaxing again.

Kerrin, I hope you are ok and your cough is getting better, last minute things to organise. I bet you are excited and nervous all at once.

Carol, has your cold gone now? Mr T as well? Hoping so. Not long now until your trip to Margate :) I love the pictures you posted on FB

Hi to Charrisse, Elizabeth, Mig and all.

I popped into the secret garden, it was full of wisteria, just wonderful, so I sat and whiled away the time. Bliss.

    hoa-tu-dang-22.jpg

We will go to the GC today, just the two of us, have a bite to eat and a scone, well, I will have a scone, B doesn't like cakes really. Maybe a bacon and egg muffin............plenty of coffee, of course.

mum's younger Brother and SIL are coming up for a few days, so we will all meet up on Thursday and no doubt go somewhere that involves coffee and cakes :) Why not eh.

OK Aidan, move yourself, before you set.
Everyone take lots of care, let me see what is for breakfast this morning.

    Love to all XXX Aidan

Well those Swedish pancakes were delectable!! Superb!! Thank you Aidan :)

The secret garden was full of Wisteria :D I wonder whether can sneak in while in Lucy's hairdressers???? Might be easy....it only takes a minute 'our time'......

I had a word with Seek who said they went out last night over in Cannock Chase (forest) apparently Pepe flew over and the night vision goggles worked a treat  The catnosis worked perfectly and Pepe even caught a mouse this time too :)

She came home soaked her mackintosh left puddles  find Pepe's I believe he rarely hangs his up?

Sandwiches? Tuna? Chicken chunks? and cat milk in a flask. 6 hours on the train they will love it!! Miss Sleek is hoping Ginny Weasley will be on the train with them :) I wonder how they will be coming home? Oh gosh!! Not the car

Shouting is far more sensible than doorbells like yours all were  Sorry it was probably infuriating

Pagan did enjoy making things....with beads and such-like. She definitely seemed ok yes :)

Hehehe! the next village came first and have done for YEARS!!! but they have inside information as the chairman lives in their village  Did I hear sour grapes? maybe a little :wink::wink: Theirs is a nice tidy estate village. We have 4 farms in ours so poo, straw, hay etc...but ours is better really.

Choir starts back on Thursday so tomorrow I am looking forward to it. Hope Barbara is ready :)

How kind of you to assist tusk filing from behind the fence  :?

My veins do the same Aidan 100% fabulous until that blue tray emergence then.....gone  I am a fainter too

Thank you for letting us know about poor Kath - internet grrrr!!!! Bush-babies all wanted to go so I have made them a rota to stop the squabbling

You two enjoy the GC. Paul will eat cake...any type...and savoury....any kind

I need my hair washed this morning (does anyone else not like to arrive at a hairdresser's looking less than perfect??

Woo-ooo! to Joan I left you a better message on my post from last night :)

    Love to everyone

Afternoon to all, bright and pleasant, even though I am in a lather - just been doing a wee bit too much "fussing". B has cleaned all windows inside, the two bay windowsills, thrown a load of "stuff" out, that was on the windowsill and was coming in at me. I am sure you know the feeling......

The Swedish pancakes were lovely, nice and light. Well, I think they are supposed to be light, if you don't eat a dozen  :?

By all means, wander into the Secret Garden, spend as long as you want to Toni, hours in there are barely seconds outside.

Is it Lucy at the hairdressers, or your good self? I have just had mine cut again and I am doing B's tomorrow, so it is all ready for the fayre   I will have to be VERY careful.

No wonder Pepe was full of himself this morning, bunny kicking the scratch post and gliding around. Off out over Cannock Chase eh, the little minx's. Glad the night vision goggles did the trick and he caught a mouse, oh my, I will open a sachet of his favourite batch number :)

They are revising on the layout of the courtyard at Hogwarts - I don't think they realised just how huge it is

I found Pepe's wet weather gear, it was in the cloak cupboard in the hall, dripping

They will love it on the train and I am sure they will eat all their snacks. A note came down the chimney, just to remind them to be ready at the station. They will be transported there by Hermione, then they run through the wall. Miss Sleek can barely contain herself and I think they will hold paws. Pepe might shut his eyes.

We used to howl with laughter at the door bells, M would shout to say there is someone at your door, lol. Then the lady over the road would come out looking, when someone rang next door. :lol:
Her new tumble dryer arrived today, so she is well pleased.

So the Chairman lives in the next Village, I see. Maybe a little spell of enchantment over your Village, might do the trick :) There is the same feeling here I think with our neighbouring villlage. They have a lovely stream that flows right down the middle, so, of course there are wonderful gardens and seats and everyone helps out.
We have a stream, but it is hidden behind houses and under the road   Plus, the HUGE manor house is in the next village and little coffee shop.............I guess it does pip us to the post.

Farms are fine, it is natural, to have straw, poops, mud etc. That is what village life is all about.

Choir starts tomorrow, good, Barbara will be pleased :)

We will all help with the tusk filing, behind kevlar shields :lol: :?

I think the rota is a good idea for the Bush Babies being at Kath's, then there will be no squabbling. It is quite a time to be without the internet, I would be hairless and half way up the wall.

The GC was very nice, quite busy towards lunchtime, a lot of people were sat out with it being a pleasant day. B had a full English, I had a bacon and egg muffin. B said, there are no sausages, so I called our friend over, who makes the best coffee. "is there a shortage of sausages" - ooops, someone else must have had double sausage and no bacon, lol. She came out with a side plate of them :)
I had a scone too and we drank lots of coffee. Just the job.

Mum had got the dates wrong re Aunt and Uncle visiting, it is next Wednesday, not today. Bless. The D Nurse is going to visit fairly regularly, to keep a check on Mum (and Dad).

Hi Joan, I am glad I don't have to travel any further than the kitchen to have my hair cut, very handy B being a hairdresser by trade :)
As you will see the relatives are not coming up until next week, good job we are fine with plans changing from day to day
I hope you and Sue are ok and getting out and about. There was a teeny tiny Daschhund at the G Center, so cute, I wanted to take him home.

Hi Barbara, I can appreciate that you are terrified of doing damage to your hip. It does show your bones are holding their own, as in not brittle.
But no more falls, steady away, we will wrap you in cotton wool, second thought, no, you would melt.

B has never really been one for cakes, he does like an ice cream from time to time and will suddenly fancy half a bar of chocolate, but it is once every Preston Guild (20 years). I have a little each evening, 4 small pieces of those mini whispers, or similar.

I am fine if I am giving blood, my veins are no trouble, but put me in a hospital bed and then all vanish. Not always a kidney problem, it can quite easily be anxiety related. Oh the door bells, it was beyond the pale, lol.

Yes, we can throw rubbish (biodegradable) around the next Village Toni. We can do that when we drop Barbara off for Choir practice

Glad the tortoise is ok and going back home, fit and well :) Hope all is calm next door too.

Right, after the umpteenth potter, I had better post. Hi to everyone else, to Kerrin, Kath, Carol, Elizabeth, Christine, Mig, Charrisse and all

Let me go see what we have to go with our cuppa. Love to all, catch you later XXXX Aidan

I am trying very hard not to eat all the Pecan Pie  :? I will put it in the cake tin and pretend it is not there.

It is certainly cooler this evening, nice and clear out, been looking at the stars, we get a very good view of the Plough from the back door.

I hope everyone is as ok as can be.

A chilling out evening here, after a nice nap. Pepe nipped off the meet Miss Sleek in the ravine, to go over some tactics for the quidditch game. They are both VERY excited about it. I hope they are not coming back by car, or the double decker bus !

I will have a peep into the Enchanted Forest and see if anyone is about.

    The%2BReader%27s%2BPath.jpg

A stairway of books? I saw the note sticking out of the first book. It said " on the train there is no room, the journey home will be by broom"

A bookmark was showing on the fourth book too.
    The page said :

" To all our feline friends, good luck".

All ?? How many are there in this game? Would it not have said, "to both our feline friends"?

No more books would open, no owls, nor mice, nor fox to be seen. All was very quiet, but it was good to watch the fireflies dance.

I don't think I will tell Pepe that the book said "all". We will just have to wait and see, tonight will tell.

Time for another potter, so I will bid everyone a good night. Toni, Barbara, Joan, Carol, Kerrin, Mig, Christine, Kath, Charrisse, Elizabeth DD and all. Take lots of care XXXX Aidan

Perfect breakfast there Aidan thank you very much :D I have a slice of Pecan pie here for elevensies!! Would you like to share? With extra thick pouring cream?? Perfect blessing too may your coffee also be hot :D

Oh my gosh    What information the book path elicited!! I was worried there might be cats from further away who we don't know :? No room on the train then? Broom? Maybe a translocation spell?

The extra practise down by the ravine and on Cannock chase has helped though you know Miss Sleek is 100% confident that she and Pepe will be fine.

So am I actually. I have packed snacks and cat-milk in flask for them. I think they are ready to go now. Bunny kicking is cute :) Lucy has a fluffy keyring and Sleek stepped over it as though to attack - they are ready for anything :D

I'm glad Hermione will be there of course they will hold paws running through the wall!!

I's good choir is back on so I will have less time to worry :? You'd better clean. Always good when a little anxious.

Cleaning those windowsill was a good idea I bet you feel much better for it now.

Yesterday was a busy one for me with hair and dentist for Lucy then when we got back I had no choice but to clean as she had a friend coming over then the shed

The next village has a canal and a lovely moat-house too....you have the same issue then - more features :( I suppose our features (poop/mud/straw) are less pretty :?

That GC sounds lovely imagine someone else getting your sausages  soon sorted with an extra supply and a scone Too lovely :)

Visitors next Wednesday not yesterday  and DN will visit regularly then? All good :D

Save your rubbish up please Barbara for next May. make it suitably dirty and shoved into hedges so it looks authentic

You will get your confidence back I'm sure. Glad you have no signs of OP which is good.
    m0415.gif
Of course you must come to choir!

I think our veins disappear due to fear  absolutely!!!Terror!! blind Terror!!!

Water will help Lucy does it and also being warm so a warm wheatbag on the vein's.

Ooh Joan!! I'm imagine taking your own hairdryer to the hairdressers!m0443.gif

    Best get on

    Morning one and all

Did a post last night and lost it as lost internet good job I had saved part of it.
Wow what a hectic time in our house lately it seems non stop but a least the week is going quickly now only 3 more sleeps as my GC would say before I go to Margate have had so many odd things to do before I go Teddy is finished and dressed ready to go to see which GGD likes her. will put picture on when I come back.

Barbara Yes after a busy week and a long morning on Sunday having surprise visitors was not the best thing to happen. the trip to Richmond was great and it was nice a warm too we got a picnic style lunch from supermarket in Richmond and took it to sit down by the river we sat there for quite a while reading and just watching the world go by. then on the way to the bus stop for home we stopped off at the m&s café and had coffee and carrot cake.

Toni Richmond was lovely nice and warm too it was lovely down by the river. Surprise visitors are welcome but always seem to arrive at the most inconvenient times don't they.

Aidan Hi yes the colds have gone now thank goodness. yes the photos are lovely aren't they . I went into the shed this morning in the secret garden and grabbed a few extra hours shall I send you some ? todays the day for Hogwarts and the tests for the pusskins I think bet they were nervous.

well better get my self out of this seat as I will soon be time to go out and about

take care everyone and have a good day
    Stay positive always👍xx

You are very welcome Toni, I know you like a veggie breakfast. Pecan pie, oh yes, I can share other people's :lol: maybe not my own :?

The books were very informative and quite startling really. I can only assume that there are more than just our intrepid duo at this "event" in Hogwarts.
The train will be full, with it being a new term for Hogwarts School. By Broom, goodness, that will have to be at some speed   Who will be driving I wonder?

I think they are all ready too, Pepe has done his charging from room to room, for no reason, growling up walls and generally being bonkers.

You have all their food ready, thank you. As soon we we are asleep tonight, they will be transported to London to catch the train. Then, it will be Hogwarts time, not our time zone. They do have clocks that go in all directions after all :?

It is all in the hands of the wizards until we awake tomorrow.

Yes, you will have the choir to take your mind off things and Barbara will be there to add her vocal range.
I will clean like a demon, always good therapy, as you say.

It is lovely to throw things out, (nothing that is of importance or sentimental value), but "stuff" that you tend to gather and think, o that will look nice on the windowsill...............and so it goes on. Tidy house tidy mind.
B had to lug a heavy bag to the big bins, after the throw out.

You did have a busy day, hair is looking good :) Hope Lucy was ok at the Dentist, then you had to clean, then meet up at the shed.........did you gather a few spare hours from the secret garden? I am sure you needed them.

Yes, more features, like your neighbouring village, it sways the judging I am sure. The road through our village is the bane of my life, I am constantly reporting it. It is reminiscent of a cart track and not a tarmac road.

I usually get the desired result, in the end. This time I said it is such a shame that one of Lancashire's best kept villages, has a road that shakes your bones to the core, when people take pride in their homes and gardens, yet tourists and locals alike, have to travel over more pot holes than you can shake a stick at..........:)

I have already had a reply, saying that they are going to assess the road again and will get back to me :)

We don't mind a bit of mud, straw, the odd sheep wandering about, etc. Normal village things.

B was very pleased to have his sausages delivered on a side plate :lol: he said "don't worry", but too late, I was on the case.

Yes, family next Wednesday.........oh, and BIL and SIL coming this Sunday, hopefully with no cold bugs lurking. Good too that the D nurse is coming in fairly regularly.

I will save some rubbish and stuff it in hedges and get the puskins to put bags on tv aerials etc, Barbara will help too.

Hi Mig Glad your visit with your Sister went well and you wear those jeans, go for it. I would, if I had lost the weight, I remember wearing things that were so fitted, I was so chuffed. Good too that you have knickers that do what they should do and not wander of their own accord  :lol:
It will be lovely at that time of year on Lake Garda, all the trees turning.......wonderful.
Lunch sounds to have been amazing.

Oh dear Carol, you lost part of your post, very annoying when the t'internet cuts out, as we all know.

Only three more sleeps until you set off to Margate :) wonderful. Teddy is all finished, now, who will claim Ted I wonder? Me thinks you might have to knit more...........

Glad you enjoyed your visit to Richmond, B says it is lovely by the river.
Not so much fun having impromptu visitors - always unsettles me. I don't mean neighbours, they take us as they find us, but other visitors we like to know when.

You can always send me some extra hours, although today we are not doing so bad, I can keep them in the drawer in the sideboard. Glad to hear that the colds are gone. The puskins are excited, but they are catching up on some sleeps at the moment. They will need all their energies later.

Hi Joan, it sounds lovely to be able to go into the woods and see the squirrels. Muddy buggies, not so good  We have not seen any squirrels this year, no idea why, we have plenty of other wildlife, foxes, hedgehogs, bats, birds of prey, roe deer, ducks, yes, ducks, they often come up for a wander around, then fly back to the river.
Mum n Dad sounded ok yesterday, we will see them tomorrow, for coffee and cakes at the G Center.

Enjoy your time in the garden, I will listen out for the singing later.

I cut B's hair this morning, I was VERY careful and did a good job, but I am still not quite back up to salon junior yet, maybe next time. :?
Then it was a quick trip into town to pick up some of my pills, then a mini shop, then home.

Catching up with some washing and drying, housey things.

I had better move and have another potter. The washer is spinning and shaking the house !

Hi to everyone else, Kerrin, Christine, Kath, Charrisse, Elizabeth and all.
Take lots of care, I will go find something nice to have with T.

    XXX Aidan

I hope the key lime pie was just what you needed after choir practice. Was Barbara there Toni? :? I see there is a vacancy for a Soprano, I am sure Barbara will be applying.

Nerves, don't, I am all at sea. Pepe is very calm, I think they have both been meditating (love the picture).

A note came down the chimney a little while ago..............

    images?q=tbn:ANd9GcS1t80FEbgejmNogEMWyzYMfMjR7iQMvprhApVyTQoqfRRL3_Fb

On the back it said "new brooms sweep clean" :? Now I am all of a dither.

I must try and let it all just wash over, Miss Sleek and Pepe are more than ready. I have a feeling that they will be in esteemed company.

I forgot to mention that today, the 31st, is St Aidan's Day :) I am sure Mr T will know of that Carol, with him going up to Lindisfarne soon, while you go the other way

Kerrin, I bet you are uber excited and hope that you are feeling ok and organised. Toni has the bus ready, just need to get on our glad rags :)

Kath, sending extra hugs and well wishes, while you are without the internet. Hope those ouches are few and far between.

Christine, hope you are as ok as possible. How is work? I trust those younger members are not idling their time away, while the work piles up.

Barbara I hope you enjoyed choir practice tonight, Toni said there is a vacancy :? :? ;) Are your neighbours home now after the cruise? I hope they had a good time and managed to relax.

Hi to Mig Elizabeth Charrisse Joan DD and all.

    I must potter a moment.

All our lovelies are fine, Blush is busy in the bamboo, the sloths are just chilling out, as they do. Meerkats are chattering away in their burrows, the Llamas and Alpacas are almost ready for shearing again, Carol will need the wool, for more teddy bears.
The camels, Okapi, Tapir's, Emus, Warthogs, Giraffes, Elephants, Seals, Penguins, Piggies, Lambs, Cows, Owls are happy away............did I miss any.... :? Johnny and Dr Doolittle are on tonight. The keepers are sorting out the mountain of food, for breakfast.

Off out for our coffee and scones this morning with Mum and Dad. It will hopefully be a celebration scone. I might need an extra coffee. Then to the vets, then shopping, then home.

I had better make a move and fuss a little.

We will need something sweet to revive us this morning. Everyone take lots of care. XXXX Aidan

    Morning everyone :)

Hi Joan thank you I hope you do too did you say Canada geese?? Are they ok not vicious?

Was it St Aidan's day yesterday? Is that who you were named after Aidan?

I have a feeling I could feel Barbara in the cloak nearby trying to learn the new song....she didn't attempt to sing though.

Hang on a minute just finishing my pancake...mmmmm...thanks!!

I went for a walk before bed last night round the zoo....very calming. You are right about the Llamas and Alpacas being ready for shearing. The meerkats seem livelier at night too. I planted a new patch of bamboo for when Blush needs it :)

At 7 when I got up Mis Sleek was fast asleep legs splayed snoring gently with an enormous grin on her face....anyway the gist of it is......the both PASSED with distinction!!!

She had a wand in her paw and a new broom by her cat-flap. Once she woke up both were hidden. I heard her on the 'phone' to Pepe shrieking with excitement!! Apparently the train was "a-ma-zing"! running through the wall was "tickly" and the new brooms they came home on "supersonic" and yes Harry and Hermione came home with them to see where they live :)

She's been listing off other cats they met and looking at selfies on her phone. I have had to put more paper in the printer as she's printing copies for Pepe. A Norweigan something cat called Fasba, an Egyptian Meeow who was like lightening a Dobbie-cat (?? A Devon Rex?) and many more I can't remember all of them :?

It seems they weren't the fastest there, but won extra points by being good team players and helping others. Maybe we have brought them up right.

Well I really must do something!!

    Love to everyone

Afternoon to all, bright and sunny here, quite warm, but pleasant.

Geese walking down the road Joan, they chatter a lot to each other, well, the ones I have seen in the fields etc seem to do. I think they are ok with people, it is the white geese that chase you :lol:

We had a coffee and cakes with Mum n Dad, they were both a bit quiet, but ok. Mum has an appointment with the Dr this afternoon, to go over her recent bloods, plus one of her caps has fallen out, so that will need fixing asap.
We will be ringing later, to find out what the Dr said. Her potassium was low last time............. :?

I was named after St Aidan Toni, I always loved going to Holy Island and standing with the statue of St Aidan, in the grounds of the monastery.

Well, I am not at all surprised that Miss Sleek was asleep with a big smile on her face, after passing with distinctions and then riding back with Hermione, she was beside herself :)

There was a wand and a new broom on the bed this morning. I did hear some screeching on their new video link   , the new brooms are very much updated compared to their old ones, GPS, Night Vision, WiFi, cameras and of course, magic.

Pepe was in awe at the speed of Harry's broomstick and he is now convinced he is a master Jedi as well as a Hogwart member.

I am sure Miss Sleek will be printing lots of pictures for her Hogwarts album, so many puskins, I think there were 40 or so, as far as I can gather. The Forest cats, Devon Rex's, Scottish Folds, Burmese, Siamese, British Blue's, Persians, Sphynx, every breed you can think of.
They all did very well, Minerva was overseer to the proceedings, given the fact that she can change into a cat at will. Hermione and Harry were amidst the teams while they were playing quidditch, to check all scores were correct.

After passing their game and showing all their skills, they went into Hogwarts and met up in the great hall, for a talk by Minerva, as headmistress it was only fitting.
She was lovely and bestowed magic powers on all assembled, to be used wisely, to help others, to protect others or themselves, to guide and to teach.

Then, in a flash, all broomsticks were given, wands were handed out and all puskins were on their way home.

Miss Sleeks face was a picture when she met Hermione

    enhanced-buzz-18422-1330456626-6.jpg

Pepe was so chilled, after catching mice, voles and all sots of strange hogwart creatures in his net. I thought he might faint, but Miss Sleek had been doing catatation on the train

    2b017539d15745125936a8b27cd2a633--dog-cat-cat-s.jpg

I think we all need a rest after the recent events. Oh, the wand, in the ravine, that belongs to Jericat, they can now hold it. Jericat has been a member of Hogwarts for some time and he was mentored by Minerva herself. He sent his congratulations to Miss Sleek and Pepe, there was a letter from him, in the ravine.

    Phew.

Glad you enjoyed your walk around the lovelies last night. Blush will need bamboo, he gets through loads and loves to hide in it.

So Barbara didn't sing last night, but was listening and learning the new songs, maybe she will burst into song next week  :?

Oops, Hi Barbara. I have put some more hours in the shed, we were running low, but we are all stocked up again now.

Was the Solicitors visit today? I hope all goes well for your neighbour and I am sure your support will be very welcome, sending extra hugs ((()))

You seem up to speed with my news, from sausages, to hair cuts, to cryptic messages in the enchanted forests :o :? It's all go......

I am waiting to hear about the plans for the shambolic road. I will keep nagging them, until it is fixed :)

Thank you for your kind words about Mum n Dad, they were so happy and never, in 50 years, had a cross word. They were always helping others, I guess it was Dads vocation and Mum was always there to give support.

I am sure you will be fine in the choir, we can always use a backing track, if you cannot get to the very top notes

Ooo, carpet shopping, I like carpet shopping, the shops always have a nice smell, that new smell :)

I will have to post this and then pop back and find us a special cake that befits the good news of the puskins.

Hi to everyone else, be back in a jiffy. XXXX Aidan

All 3 for me please Aidan :)

    YUM thank you :)

You have found out so much more than me!! Tomicat is a wily one keeping all that to himself! Minerva?! WOW!!!!

They can touch the wand?? Oh my gosh!! No wonder Miss Slimkins had that smile (that was the very one) on her face :)

I am sure Harry won't mind at all if Pepe thinks he is a master Jedi ......ahhh!! bless his little cotton paws :D there were 40 or so pusskins?! Did they all pass? did Pepe say?

The new brooms are fabulous I saw Diddicat's so swish and her was super-sparkly. It vibrated when I got close I think it knew I wasn't it's owner. She is full of her new magic skills and assures me that she will use it sparingly

What a fabulous evening they had :)

The bamboo has taken so should grow well now. Miss Sleek has set up a rain cloud over it bless her with her new magic :)

I hope all went well at the Drs? Mum is being looked after very well I am pleased and will you and B too I know she has the highest level care.

So you were named after St Aidan!! We should have had a patronal ceremony for you yesterday!

Barbara it's a very good thing you were with your neighbour at the solicitor even if it was hard for you to hear ((())) Her husband is not your responsibility she and the children are the ones you are supporting. I hope the solicitor seemed a good one?

Tusk filing is...Monday I think?? Please do come along and shout encouragement!!!

I am sure you can sing soprano!! Miss Sleek and Pepe may be able to help you once a week for 2 hours??

    Must get on

    Love to everyone

    Toni xxx
