    Minus 8 in Leeds, that's chilly for a city, we are out in the wild woods, (well, a mile from a town) but very rural, I think it said minus 14 on one weather report. EEEK. Used to love shopping in Leeds on a Sunday.

    We're kind of on the outskirts, midway between city centre and Wakefield.. I haven't been shopping in Leeds for ages, it is so busy these days, even before the christmas shoppers started.. Can't do with all the people, haha...
    You going to put your headphones on and listen to some of my tunes tonight? Definately NO country tonight, my ears are still sore!! Lol

    Sorry hun, legs and knees were biting me to bits, so had to move around and potter.
    Used to like Wakefield too, but that's way back, at least 10 years ago.

    Duffy is great.. Have you heard this live version of Syrup and honey? Takes a minute to get going but is just awesome, her voice just melts the snow away:

    Sure does, lovely tone to her voice, phrases perfectly and those red shoes she wears, wish I could totter on 6 inch heels again, but, I would be hospitalised now. :roll: Did you see her on BBC, the late show at, where was it..............errm, forget now, just Duffy and a small audience, was fantastic.
    I was going to say Wakey, there were numpties way back then, so goodness knows what it is like now.

    Lady GaGa, singing just with her and the piano, she has a fab voice too.

    think I will say goodnight Bubbles, need to at least try to sleep, only had about four and a half hours last night... Got physio for my hands and wrists in the morning.. And yes, I checked that it is tomorrow and not next month, lol

    We've got a heatwave! It's hovering around the freezing mark, but it's been raining all afternoon. Looked out the window just now, no snow on the garden, all gone, hooray (not sure what it will look like tomorrow).

    Will have a large builders and some lovely ginger cake with custard for a change. Anyone else want some? I seem to be on my own unless there's someone behind the curtains or the tree......
