oooh, it is so quiet in here, I will hoover some of the pine needles up, Cuddles was in the tree, chasing baubles, hence the mess.

that looks better now and Cuddles is in bed now, having been fed chicken and liver pate. Well, it is Christmas.

I hope everyone is keeping warm, safe and as ok as possible. I won't bore everyone to tears with the dreadful aches and pains, instead, I will put the kettle on.

Am nodding off a bit, hands still bad, back screaming, knees like melons.....oh the joys of arthur. Need to potter, then sit in my comfy chair and vegetate with some shortbread and maltesers.

Wow Del thats a great fire just looking at it makes me feel all warm, and i'm sure i can smell horlics.
You have been up since early still having the sleep problem its a pain i git up at 630am but still feel tired. Well i guess i'm prety new to Vals place you better let me know what goes on,
i was rather hoping to catch a glimpse of the Babes i've heared so much about, that toast taste good is it real butter. catch you later

I hope you are all ready for Christmas. Those who have gone away have got there safely?? Has Val recovered yet?? She said she had a bug but I think she started celebrating Christmas early.

Val I hope you are feeling better now even a little bit sure it was the booze though. I did help get you up off the floor.

I have hung my stocking up. My family got here after a 48 hours nightmare. They ended up in Malan was supposed to be Paris. They are here now though but minus a suitcase with grandson's new winter coat in it.

Anyway they are here. ~Can I have a coffee and a sticky bun with a cherry on the top.

Ive not been around much as stepson has chest infection,conjunctivitis & tonsilitis. Been drs twice wih him & im worn out keep up & down the stairs doing his meds,drinks, soups etc.
Had me daughter here too & took her home yesterday, got loads of snow here ysterday which made the trip to northampton a bit of a nightmare :roll:

Evening Rose, had a really nice night at the neighbours, we moved into this place two years ago and them two and two across the street have been brilliant, made us feel right at home straight away... All real good friends now.. My folks really get along with them too as they're more Mum & Dad's age than ours, but to be honest we pretty much get on with anyone! Lol

Tired but won't be able to sleep yet, knees are really hurting still, bloody stupid arthur and his blooming ways... :roll:

Think we have more family visits to do tomorrow, not sure.. Christmas morning, it's up early and off to see my Grandma first, then to see all OH's lot then we'll be coming back here so she can start on dinner... Think I will watch
