    It would be just my luck to chuck them down the stairs, they would land in a criss-cross tangle and then find I couldn't step over them when i got to the bottom of the stairs. My children have a habit of leaving their scooters in an abandoned heap at the bottom of the stairs and I get blocked in.

    Equally they would land on someones head.

    Dirty Washing gets hurled down my stairs.

    And finally mine were free!

    Sorry folks,

    All is going well, still a bit of pain now and again and fitfull sleeps but all in all, quite good considering.
    Apologies for not being on too much lately, been watching prison break as a frien gave me all 4 seasons and it is such an adddictive programme. I'd recommend it to anybody.
    I will be seeing the physio next week, not sure what he can do for me when my foot is in a stookie though and hopefully back to work on the 29th albeit in an office where I can put my foot up whenever required.

    Hope everyone else is doing well.

    I have just noticed you are based in High Wycombe. That is one of the places I go dancing (well sitting and listening) as it is quite near.Where is your physio based?
