So near and yet so far

I reckon it takes longer than we think. They always say between two to twelve weeks to notice a difference when we start it, I reckon the same when we stop it. Stopping for one or two weeks shouldn't make too much difference (I notice when I stop it, I feel better in myself
) but it does allow the immune system to fire up, even just a little, and so help see off infections. I hope this cold etc is on its way out. Have a good week-end and perhaps ring them next week? We'll be behind you, all the way. DD
Have you got the despatches? No, I always walk like this. Eddie Braben0
