bless ya Poppy. I've been dining plenty of water but do have some if those sachets you mentioned if need be.
It's food I've not had much of, managing some cereal in a morning, maybe a piece of fruit for dinner then a few chicken wings at tea time. I could do with shedding some pounds, lol.. I lost two stone last year thanks to the hydroxy, have put it straight back on though and would life to lose it again.. Maybe I should ask for more hydroxy.. Lol

Well, Ra had been out saving the world and is now snoring away. Hope this works, he's snoring at about ten percent of his usual volume so turn the speakers up...
