Thanks, I appreciate that.. On average (if there be such a thing) mine last about a week, this one hasn't quite read the manual though and is hanging on like a Speedway rider

Just thought I would give an update...
I finally managed to get up this morning, get dressed and take my beloved to work in the car
As daft as it sounds, just doing that has really knocked it out of me but I think the flare is finally on the wain.... My stomach, well, it's not bad actually..
I was a bit silly when I got home, I dragged an old bed base that's been left between ours and next door by the stupid neighbours that live above our pals Liz & Eric.. It had been moved and dumped in front of our shed door, I was that fed up with it I dragged it around to their front door and dumped it there.... They have been told time and time again that the council will happily collect it but it has to be put out on the kirbside, they're not gonna come down the garden path to get it :evil I hope they trip over out when they open the door...
It wasn't light so wasn't really smart moving it but I was very annoyed..

Anyway, on the whole... I'm starting to feel better.. The support from you lot has been a great help..

glad the flares are both receding Tony, they often turn up together don;t they?

the ibd ones wish me out more than anything i have ever had.... they floor me and its cus of lack of sleep and just how rough the permanent going and pain can make you so that is similar isn't it with ibs?

it takes a while for your body to get over that kind iof onslaught.

you rest up while you can and i can't say anything about pushing your luck... i do it all the time

What does the IBD stand for? It must be similar I assume.

today hasn't been so bad all in all, compared to the past two and a half weeks especially. Lol
I keep getting thumped on the noggin by the exhaustion hammer though :shock:
My joints are still a bit sore and sickly but bearable.. The exhaustion however is something that's difficult to cope with.
I need to sleep :eek:

Feel like I'm gonna sleep for a month. Guess this is the RA side of things? I always got worn out with the OA pain but nothing like this. Cannot fight it..
