    Hi Cris,
Hope the Cyclizine works for you, good idea giving them a test run first. That was a nasty fall flower, how is the knee today? Fingers crossed that you do not have to wait long for that appointment.
Could you ware the body belt when you have to go across for the evening feed? Oh it would be great if Toni’s idea works, clever girl coming up with that one. Love the pictures, hey Primy looks good! It is great how dogs and cats can look so comfy, they seem to mould themselves round whatever!! Aw, I miss my little Torte.
Now Sid and Manky will be most welcome for Sunday lunch, will look out for them coming up the motorway, I don’t want them to end up doing a u-turn.
    Hugs as always,

Hi, I'm sorry you have so much to worry you. I'll be there for you. Saying 'don't worry about it' is silly as you'r bound to be worried, but just try to stay as calm as you can.

    Hi Sticky,

hasn't he just and one of the reasons my boots have steel toes  She is juts as cuddly and sweet, as s Flo but both are not looking brilliant but a lot better than Ivy and Blossom who are down the pecking order and have had less winter feed I guess.....

I wish he would look after them better....

Haz... what can i say... he is a dirty heller and never changes his clothes  He is on the settee and that I put a big towel on so it will be a bit easier..... he has the suit mind so some ((((( ))))) and tonight Alba has your dinner again... is it better chewed or eaten?! xx

    Hi I,
That was Primmy juts before she went last year... she has improved already since she came back and both her and Flo are going to be bigger than mum and best of all are not in foal yet :D

They are too young and there is no market either.

Will get more chairs but they just pile on top of each other cus its their chair! Suction pads included i think

Will ensure the boys are on their way and took some more pic's of Alba (who was chasing chicken) and you see how big Sid has got

I being a lot more careful climbing over that fence i can tell you. Bit easier tonight but its been so badly jarred as I was at a stupid angle.... mind at least the ground being so wet made for a softer landing eh?

Hope your ok and leaving a ((((( ))))) and a top up with sand... will see you in there  xx

Thanks Sue and they will send me an appointment soon I hope.

Leaving you a ((( ))) and a hope your okish? xx

I guess she could tread on several feet at once with one of hers. Fantastic.

As for my friend, well he wouldn't look right clean, would he?

I kind of prefer to chew and eat my own dinner but, hey, beggars can't be choosers. Whatever Alba decides'll be fine.

A few back to you (((()))) I expect they'll be a bit muddy when they arrive. xxx

    Hi Sticky,

We she said she only mouthed on it so it should have all been there..... He was trying to take it off her mind....

He starts the day clean and them he goes out the door and well you see the results  If he can;t find mud he gets in water and lies in the dust....

Mind I do the same 'apparently' judging form the other night.

Thanks for the hugs cus I am still feeling so sore and jarred u but its helped the knee... that's still locking but not hurting near so much to straighten.....

Primmy's feet are amazing, so much feathering but will send you some pics of her sister cus hers are even bigger... Flowers are quite dainty but Dad is a real section D welsh...... He is nice to look at but that's as far as the nice goes

Refuse to have him here for good reason!

Right you do Alba's next bottle and i shall go get a whole chunk of payback.... be good if someone could actually for that very reason... the next one is adult!

Night night and he is bouncing about ready to do the ((((( ))))) She has your tea..... xx

It's a long time since I did bottles. As I remember, with lambs, the technique is to hang on with everything you've got to the bottle and they do the rest.

I can't stop looking at those feet. I think I'm developing a foot fetish late in life.

I tend to do the same thing as Haz - start off clean but it doesn't last. Maybe we're soul mates.

Right, well the tea is supped and slurped and slopped so best get the day started. Here's a few to help get you going (((())))

Hi Sticky, Joan, Barbara and Legs

Oh that fall hurt! It jarred the neck and back t the point I was worried they would never ease back..... The right side huts still but I juts wanted you to know i haven;t forgotten you either.

Got so slow this week and things slip if your not careful..... side glance at the hen shed again.... I did some of it today and must do the rest tomorrow.....

Not been a good few days but Alba is growing and eating a lot more solids now as well

    http://i1011.photobucket.com/albums/af237/skezier/Image0230.jpg

Bless her I told her Sticky might want to change the forum mascot for something with bigger feet :lol:

I am trying to keep up beat but sometimes... the pain is bad... the back is giving out and the right arm isn't able to rise much at all.... hey it could have been worse the fence might have been turned on   I shall leave it to your imagination where the shocks might have been...

Which reminds me... Legs you remember that thing you once told me about? Time to get one... hell I hate this back!

Mind I still thank you for saying about it.....

I don't know if you can see the milk troth around her chops Sticky?? She really can attack her bottles sometimes and I keep thinking Ewes must go through hell :lol:

I did her feet today... they needed it as well but she did kick up a bit.... I wont turn her though.... Wish has only been turned once and well Alba I have learned the hard way with the others and have got Alba to agree to ket me do them... be it a bit of a fight to begin ith...

She is gong to be big.... Iris asked if she would make Wish's size (Wish is a big sheep) and I think Alba will be bigger or at least the same size....

Oh I don't half hurt..... I am sorry I am not much good to man nor beats just no but getting there..... be it slowly....

Hey Barbara how are the cats doing? Ihope your doing ok flower and a ((((( ))))) and thanks for being there.

Oh Joan the work is hard just now..... The good thing is the Lodgers are only 4 just now.... mind I will have to watch them with Alba as they are a bit iffy.... They think she is a dog and they can be funny with strange dogs for a min.... Flo is especially iffy with Alba and the fence will not only be on its going to have to be extended so she is always safe!

Hope Sue is feeling a lot better and you both need to rest up when you can.

Talking of which I best get this useless body to go give Alba her last bottle o the day..... She isn't very hungry but has a big full tummy....

I got to lose weight before I forget....

Lets hope tomorrow is better all round eh?!

You all take care and Legs I loved the Shaun :D:D

Love, tea and a bucket of universal fixer for those that need. Thank you for not forgetting me and sorry i am so rough just now.

I should try the 20mg's eh? Bit of a coward there but will ... maybe... tomorrow....

Stay warm and dry Cris xxx

It might have got a few bits of you kick started, you know  They actually used to do that in one hospital I went in for physio. Well, they didn't plug you in to an electric fence but you did sit with your feet in a bowl of water that had electrodes passed through it. They started gently but I was always a bit nattered about a sudden surge in current and me leaping up in the air.

Tell Alba she's safe as forum mascot. She's a love and I wouldn't take it away from here. Besides, those feet of Primmies are all mine. (You know there's a thread on CC about fetishes? I think mine is horses' hooves - big ones

Now you take care of yourself as well as all the ark. Tea (unslopped), biscuits and a few specials (((())))

    Hi Elizabeth,

we had a magic wand on the forum... Iris got it but I broke it turning my ex into this small worm like frog thing :lol:

I am a bit less sore than yesterday and also a lot more careful negotiating the electric fence....

Got the new tablets and will take them a couple of days before I try the 20mg's but with luck that will all help cus I am so sick of pain..... I know aren't we all?

Hi Val, Sticky, Joan and Elizabeth

Thanks for your help to get through this again... the cutting in half hurts as well... hell what did any of us do in our past lives :lol:

    I was a mass murderer :lol::lol::lol:

    Talking of which.....

Taking Gimp's to be put down tomorrow so not feeling too good about things and that makes the pain worse eh?! Tis time for so many reasons....

I took him in 4 or 5 years ago at 12 years old... he was being pts but not for a good reason and I thought what harm can a 12 year old collie do....

    Got that wrong.....

He has never been an easy dog and so screwed up by his last owners I have never really bonded with him so feel even more guilty I think....

He has an arthritic spine.... In him I see my future and you know it will be but then I think only if I live to his age  I can;t do maths but 16/17 x 7 is well old eh?!

Have overdone it today... digging a hole has to be a 2 day job though rumour is I will have help to dig the rest tomorrow so that's a hug help eh?

A few of you have helped me make this decision and I just want to say thanks for the help.... its not been an easy one but is now cus he is going off his legs now.

Shall not dwell on it but if anyone is up for a bit of moral support round 12.30 I will be some glad.

The wrists are huge now as well as the knee.... I hate this bone shift I really do.

Shall go and try and pull my weight a bit on the forum ow but thank you from the bottom of my heart. Cris xxx

Elizabeth I have a soft spot for the waifs and strays and damaged animals out there and will go out my way to help and home them if I can but some are too damaged and too far gone so I give them shelter and they give me orders.

The unhomables need a refuge sometimes and it gives me a purpose eh? xx

nearly time for Alba's last bottle and Sticky she is pleased cus that's the only thing she has over Wish and her superiority :lol::lol: xx

    Hi Cris,
Just to say I am thinking of you today, I know it will be hard for you going to the vets with gimps. Please don’t feel guilty, some animals are so damaged that they are harder to bond completely with. My last pet was a monster at times but we give them a far better life then they started with and I am sure they know that deep down.
    Hugs as always, flower

Gee Cris I would've been with you in spirit but I didn't read this till now.

Sorry, old pal, perhaps if I press the rewind button I'll sneak in your pocket ....................not a good idea as you'd have to go through it all over again :(

Try not to feel guilty as I'm sure you did your utmost to bond with him but the damage was already done, you'll have given him the best life possible.

As for 'the gadget', glad I could help. We need every little gadget out there to keep our independence.

    Thinking of you.

Hi cris.....I just have to say that I really admire what you do with these animals and understand how hard it must be for you with the arthur shift. You work relentlessly to make sure they are safe, warm, fed and soooo loved. I take my hat off to you hun, you are an angel. I have a rescue dog (staffy cross) called Charlie. He was very abused before he came to me and was frightened of everyone and everything, I just had to bring him home and give him a life he deserved and don't regret it. He has turned into a lovely calm and friendly boy now and everyone loves him, had to teach him how to play though cos he'd not got a clue bless him. Anyway, just had to tell you how brilliant you are and sending lots of gentle (((((((((((((((hugs))))))))))))))) your way to keep you going x Dee x
