Just read through all these posts and I'm excited for you Lindalegs. My daughter had her first April last year and is expecting her second in September. I've booked flights to go see them in October. I went straight after Tyg was born so it's only fair my son-in-laws parents get to go first this time. Can't wait. I'll be checking in regularly to see if BabyLegs has arrived.

    Dear Linda,

I've been on holiday, just got back yesterday. I'm so sorry, I forgot the due date was the 6th. How are things? No sign of Pip yet? I'm thinking of you all. Hope everything goes well, which I'm sure it will.

    love Eileen x

    Hi Eileen,

    No worries :D I hope you've all had a lovely time :D:D

No sign of 'Pip' yet ......................though looking at my Dilly it's a bit bigger than a pip now more like a beach ball she's swallowed. She's slim everywhere else and then has a huge bump in front of her

    So still waiting .......................night-night :D

Sorry. No can do. But, if you want to be the good mother-in-law/grandmother, I'll be happy to take the theatre tickets off your hands, Legs.

Absolutely brilliant evening :D Disabled seats were front row and the auditorium looked down onto the stage we were almost part of the production  We watched Little Shop of Horrors and it was excellent. Afterwards we went into the foyer to look at the cast photographs and there was a table full of free wine and nibbles :o This was because it was 'press day' so we had a complimentary glass of wine and then the cast came up so we've been chatting to them :D:D

Just got home to find phone flashing and young-son-Legs had phoned to say we're back on 'green alert' instead of amber  so things have come to a standstill once again. :| I did tell my Dilly, Tuesday night, that you're all watching her progress but it hasn't spurred her on though she does think it's 'cool':lol:

Anyhow 5 days 2 minutes overdue.

    STILL WAITING :|

Just imagine how we and my Dilly feel :lol:

No phone calls or texts today and my friend is coming round so we're going out for lunch leaving Mr Legs by the phone with a chicken sandwich and a towel. Lucky Legs :D and poor Mr Legs. :(

    The sweep is looming

    Still waiting.

Legs, I think we may have to ban you from your own thread until little minilegs arrives because every time I see your user name I get excited only to find the traffic lights have changed again.

I think you have an extremely laid back grandchild who knows a good berth when (s)he sees one.

Aw Sticky don't ban me from giving you progress reports  - it's the only thing which is keeping me sane knowing you're all suffering the anticipation with me :lol:

Would it be a better idea if when the little person does arrive I'll put up a separate thread and then you don't have to look into this if you don't want to?

I'll try to write fewer posts on this one and just wait till she goes into labour. Is that a good compromise?

PS It's going to be like GrandpopLegs as he is late for everything, so it's in the little ones genes and it can't help it :lol:

    Still waiting.

A separate thread for the grand arrival is a good idea but do please keep posting here. It's the most entertainment I've had in a long time. (I lead a very sad life.)
