    Oh Toni, sorry to hear Lucy has been unwell, hope she can fight it off soon. It's awful to hear that you've been having problems with a nurse and you yourself haven't been well. Sending ((())) to you and Lucy and that you all feel better soon. xxxxx

    Lucy is fine Bubba don't worry we were talking about at the beginning and the 'nasty-nurse'!

    Joan I would NOT want it any other way I am happy to be busy helping Lucy achieve her dreams and keeping her well :)

    Today I had another wash and blow-dry at the salon so looking good ;)

    I've managed to catch up with you and Lucy now. It's good to hear that Lucy is doing well. Bet you both enjoy the time when she is doing your hair. Hope her shoulder and your neck are easing. I read what you said about the nasty nurse. How on earth did she get a job in nursing? Hope she's never around when you go. xx

    Miserable weather this weekend, but Lucy had friends over (the twins ;) ) last night and after some Christmas shopping with have some over again this evening :)

    Christine - I am sure it's power for some nasty people in authority. She would be better with older adults - teenagers and kids aren't always 'reasonable' and are more fearful having less life experience. She is just intolerant and unempathetic I think :(

    She's almost always there being the sister :roll:

    Hi Barbara and Joan :)

    Well my back and neck are a lot better for not driving so much this week. I did take Lucy to see Fiona in Sutton Coldfield on Tuesday, which she enjoyed.

    She has also had her hair done.

    and today Charley has kindly driven her to the 02 (academy in Brum), or a meet and greet with Foxes then to see the concert. Courtesy of Teenage Cancer Trust.

    Paul/Paul and I will pick her up afterwards :)

    Very busy!

    She has the first 18th party to go to of her school year tonight...Hope she doesn't try too much alcohol :?

    She might be in the Birmingham Mail - pictures were taken at the Foxes event on Thursday night and she was asked for a statement yesterday.....watch this space ;)

    Well she survived the party and is back at the Academy now.

    This afternoon we are catching the train to Brum when she's finished to meet up with one of the chemo-crew and her Mum :)

    The appointment is here for the ultrasound Dr Tim ordered for Lucy's shoulder. 23rd November. I reckon Tim has contacts somewhere!

    Hello Toni glad to see that Lucy enjoyed the party ..fingers crossed that the scan doesn't show much wear ..hopefully its because Lucy is using it more than normal..good on Dr Tim...xx
