Hi Tony
Like the others say Lucy does take after you....just gets on with things like you do. I have to drag it out of you sometimes about how you are
I'm not making little of what she is going through.
Keep us updated one way or the other.

Just popping in to let you know I am thinking about you and sending loads of positive vibes your way. Lucy sounds like a really brave girl. Thank you for taking the time to pop by and let us know how things are going. Massive hugs to you both. ((()))0

Lovely to see you have posted. You have to be positive and stay strong for Lucy. It will help her so much.
Hoping Charlie is able to return to her important studies and not let everything disrupt her. It can't be easy to knuckle down to work when so much is happening around her.
I will be thinking of you, especially tomorrow the 11th January.
Take care of yourself too, love to Lucy ad the rest of the family.

It's just coming up for the week since this all kicked off - this must have been one of strangest weeks of your life, my lovely. I am not surprised that it is beginning to sink in because you have had a quieter day, not waiting for anything to happen and of course you start reflecting.
I don't know what to say so I'll settle for this. We're here, we have been and we will be. I hope Paul will be there with you soon, and bless Charley for helping you help Lucy. ((((( ))))) xxxxx DDHave you got the despatches? No, I always walk like this. Eddie Braben0 -
Toni, I should think this past week has been a nightmare for you all. But you've all been so brave and the battle you are fighting will be won. You are all in my thoughts each and every day and I send my love. So pleased you've had a little respite from the treatment today and also that Charley came to visit xx
Thanks to DD for all the updates0 -
I'm glad Lucy and you were able to have a bit of a rest today. Unfortunately, it's given you time to think about what is happening. We are right with you. It was good that Charley was able to help out. Don't forget to look after yourself too Toni.Christine0

Hi Toni
Glad you are having a bit of a break today.
You know we mustn't forget Charlie.......it would be so easy to forget her when Lucy needs so much attention.
Do you know what I mean.?
You've known me long enough to figure out what I mean
Love
to you Lucy and Charlie and of course not forgetting Paul

Hello Toni and Lucy
Lucy you are doing well. Toni it's so hard to understand this I think of you every day.
take care
joan xxtake care

I have just heard from Frog that Lucy refused the chemo jab due to a fear of needles - after this past week that is little wonder, no? A doctor will be coming to see her soon. My heart goes out to her - her life has been turned completely upside down, Frog's too. This has put my moans and grumbles into perspective.
Joan? As usual you are spot-on. This is indeed so very hard to understand. DDHave you got the despatches? No, I always walk like this. Eddie Braben0 -
Awww bless..I do feel for her and Toni having to watch Lucy go through this..but we are all here and if it helps a little .....(((((()))))xxLove

Dr Dave has seen Lucy and reckons that it can be done via the picc line on Monday, followed by another intrathecal on Tuesday.
Barbara? I am sure we are helping albeit at a distance. For sure this is a private battle but I am sure that knowing we are there will encourage. Those who care about others will receive reciprocal care when needed, yes? DDHave you got the despatches? No, I always walk like this. Eddie Braben0 -
Poor Lucy. Not surprised she refused the injection. It'll be easier through the picc line. You are right DD. It is a private battle but, as you say, it does help to know there are people who care. Wishing Lucy, Toni, Paul and Charley a restful as possible weekend.Christine0

Oh dear! Poor Lucy has had her world turned inside out in one short week. So has poor frog. To simply sit and watch and wait is, I believe the hardest thing to do. Frog, I suspect you may need a few more. ((((()))))If at first you don't succeed, then skydiving definitely isn't for you.
