Non Specific Arthralgia

Hello, I recently visited my gp to ask for help in discussing my pain with work and he said the Rheumatology report notes I have non specific arthralgia, could anyone help with what this means please? At a previous appointment with Orthopedics I was advised I have wear and tear (i think this means osteoarthritis?) in my joints and worn tendons. Any help with understanding what this means would be fantastic. Thanks

Morning @Pool10
My understanding of Non specific arthralgia is a non inflammatory arthritis.
As you said wear and tear of joints is Osteoarthritis.
However if still unsure I would contact your doctor/nurse for further information to clarify your condition more clearly to you.
Best wishes @Naomi33
