I’m new 😊
Hi everyone, I have finally been diagnosed with OA after two years of hospital visits , along the way I also have an osteoporosis diagnosis and PFPS, a great gift for my 60th , I have constant pain and stiffness in both my knees and I hate to think how much l have spent on pills, potions and miracle knee braces and to be fair some have helped but none of them have lived up to the claims made . I have and continue to do the physio recommended. Since April the the pain has only increased. Meds I am on are gabapentin and co codomol as required plus the osteoporosis meds. I’ve changed my lifestyle and have and continue to loose weight as this hopefully will be beneficial. I have had to cut down on my workload which has hit me where it hurts . Everyday is a struggle with the pain and mobility. I have more hospital appointments on the way as well as the pain management appointment. I think that about covers it 🤣

Hello @Tim21080
Welcome to the online forum, its great to have you here with us. By PFPS do you mean Patellofemoral Pain Syndrome?
I'm sure that you will find support from other members here. I've added a link to a page from the VA website that might be of interest.
best Joanne
