hi iam having a painful flare up at the moment can you give me tips to get me through this. Iam new to the forum

    Hi I suffer with OA in my joints I take 30 codeine & 500 paracetamol it helps early mornings are painful stairs are annoying.

    Sorry to hear you are having a flare up at the moment. Are you on any medication? Perhaps you could contact your GP or rheumatology, they may put you on a short course of steroids or something similar.
