    Hi Colin

Excert from a Teenage Opera Keith West. If you'd put Grocer Jack I'd have been quicker :)

    This is still 60's

First there are kisses, then there are sighs
And then before you know where you are
    You're saying goodbye

Have a go at this one you all know it

    Beneath your perfume and make-up
You're just a baby in disguise
    And though you know
That it is wrong to be
    Alone with me

catch you later debs hope you feel better soon.

    try this one

I can see the couples dancin' through the night
    They hold each other tight
As they dance of love till the morning light
The soft embraces that they seem to share
    Just make me feel aware
Of the lonliness I find so hard to bear

    Hi Colin

Hope you are ok and the flare up didn't arrive. Glad you said Dave Berry and not Boy George :) I didn't know who he was until he came to the pub where I worked and he was brilliant.

Anyway back to the job in hand Let the Heartaches Begin Long John Baldry.

    Down to the park
Overgrowing but the trees are bare
    There's a memory there
    Boats on the lake
Unattended now for love to drown

    Ill go for now
    Try This

    I was feeling kinda seasick
but the crowd called out for more
    The room was humming harder
    as the ceiling flew away
When we called out for another drink
    the waiter brought a tray

DO NOT GUESS IF YOUR NOT GOING TO HAVE A GO

The summer sun is fading as the year grows old,
The darker days are drawing near,
I wish that I was always with you,
    But your not here.

I think!!! Sorry just had a senior moment again actually that was a lie it was more of a "ladies" tropical moment!!!

Sorry missed the bit about it being 60's stuff although I know some stuff 60's is a bit early for me so 70's would be helpful if no one objects.

As for the song it was "Oh what a circus" and it was originally released by David Essex (swoon) and you are right it is from Evita.
Talking of Mr Essex I am going to see him on saturday at the Derngate in Northampton. Counting down the hours!!!

    Well we got no toys,
    All you girls and boys,
    Making all that noise,
Can't think of a word to rhyme.

(OM goodness just had another ladies tropical moment don't know whether it's down to my age, the thought of seeing David Essex or the fact that my brain has gone to mush over the words of this record. It was the first single I ever bought and I thought I was a bit of a rebel!) 8)
