    She is done and dusted Berty and yes on her way home - she will l am sure be in later to let you know how she has done, but l can say she is feeling ok and has been a brave soldier as my Dad used to say.....

    Cris......I got loadsa signal.....but I am ashamed to say I missed this post yesterday.
    I also felt really sad to read how badly you were feeling and glad that you let your emotions flow infront of the doctor. At least he/she then listened , sometimes trying to fight this battle of arthritis and gettting these people to understand and get them to help can be so draining, and frustrating eventuallly the cork has to pop.

    I wish you well with todays appointment .....I am in your pocket for that one :wink:

    Hi Cris, Im so sorry that i wasnt there for pocket duties :oops: & missed your thread :oops:
    I hope the jabs have helped you & if you get chance to ask OT for soft splints (Thats what ive now got) They help with the swelling too. The hard ones rub a bit.
    Lets hope the drip comes through soon too.
    I might have missed a few bits, sorry.
    Ava (Daughters dog) has just been rushed to vets as shes collapsing & they cant feel the puppies so ive had to do this quick.

    I've missed most of this, maid, and I am truly sorry. Also a tad ashamed of myself - I cannot believe that you took time out to put up a birthday thread for me with all that you have had going on. Like the others, I think you should remove the 'mostly' from the title. If I had a half of the things you cope with I would think myself hard done by; it's about time I pulled myself up by the bootstraps and stopped wallowing.

    last l heard Cris was going for a lie-down having taken some painkillers.

    Hopefully she is sleeping and by tomorrow some of the jabs will have kicked in :wink:

    Hi everyone

    Was about to get worrried as l had not heard from Cris, but her phone had died!!

    (Barb - great to see Annie yes great!!)

    Well she has woken up and is ok (ish) her neck is evry swollen at the mo but taht is to be expected with the number of jabs she had.

    Result of that is taht she actually can't lean forward just yet to post to us all. so she asked me to let you all know she is ok and hopefully will be on soon.

    Just caught up with Cris and she is still rather rough...going to have an early night tonight and hope tomorrow is better for her.

    I think it will be -rest is the best thing.

    So good to have news of dear Cris. Thank you Toni. Cris will have to rest whether she wants to or not tonight and rest in itself is a great healer after the trauma she has been through. As long as the animals are fed they will be happy, for a few days a least. Bless you Cris, I hope you get some zeeeees.
