Morning Skinny Keef I'm so glad your head was actually clear yesterday hope it still is today. How right are you about european roads they are phenomenal I did take some photos will try to post if I can.

Mind you we had a 2 hour 40 minute delay due to the eurotunnel still we are here safe and sound on our first stop.

Hi Jojo how are you today? I see you were also struggling yesterday not good but luckily it was your day off so you got some rest. As much rest as a busy Mam ever really gets! I am doing ok although as soon as I'd eaten I did have to go to bed and lie down my legs were aching aching. I',m pretty good today all meds taken apart from the blood thinners I need to eat first for them. Take care ((()))

Oh yes it's hot here! Thank the aircon Oracle for blessing us with a very powerful unit. I even made it tooo cold and had to put my dressing gown on!!!!!

The restaurant sorted me out with a vegan burger!!! Get that! We've stayed on this site before it's lovely but off on our travels again this morning.

Morning Toady hope you are doing ok?

Elfie is the happiest Elf here in the motorhome in France. He is in touch with Sleek so knows she is ok. A fair bit of singing but he was nervous on the tunnel because there was a secondary school party and the 'big boys' scared him!

While we were in the restaurant (right next to the pitch) he cooked himself egg and chips (vegan???) place was spotless after a quick walk. In bed for 9, 8 UK I think. He just shot off with his towel under his arm for a shower.

Slept like a log. no sign of fitbit so using 'old' fitbit for now.

Sleek is very supportive isn't she and kind. Hope your jab went smoothly and the neighbours shut up today. Bey she enjoyed unpacking the catazon order.

I feel very grateful to have food yes! Trivialities like vegan marge (the nicest) and mayo can really make me happy. Tomorrow there is no restaurant i think so will be cooking on the cadac outside lovely😊 Leaving here by 11 Paul fast asleep. Take care Toady will post pics soon. ((())) xxx

RR said he’s saving money buy just buying five items a day from the local shop- but apparently it doesn’t matter about the cost of individual items, so if he buys five cut diamonds he may be spending as little as £5 million pounds haha

Well at least he’s perfected his maths skills and he used vouchers and saved the odd centime lol

hey Jojo, it is bad isn’t it when pain is that bad? Hoping you feeling better now.

I am following an old blog of someone in USA with relapsing poly whatsit like me and they said they found Glucosamine and Chondroitin supplements to be very useful in relieving bone type pain so i bought some but i think its actually made my back pain worse, or maybe its the firm suspension on the race bike. If Loanda asks it the supplements definitely the supplements lol.

Talking of the race bike here is an old skool grainy shot of the screen that I made and decal that came today. Sorry for the bad punctuation, too much pain to be bothered with apostrophes etc.

It only adds about 80 mm in height to the original but is just enough to take the wind blast off my chest.
if the forecast is dry in August have decided to take this bike for my holiday when I meet up with my family who go a week before me in the SUV. I don’t do 4 wheelers of any description as it just hurts too much.

Right enough waffle from me. I am going to see if my pain will allow me to get some sleep or whether i need to double up on the pain pills.
