Hi all 👋 hot, tired, post my usual meds jab yesterday, too much to do and still crocked, not the best combination 😬 can only keep resting up & tea round the clock.

I would have been scared of the big boys too Elfie 😁 he seems to have everything under control though, sorting himself out for catering and leaving everything neat as a pin, well I suppose he is a seasoned traveller 😊. Don't suppose you had time to partake of any activities and perhaps as well for Elfie not to get wind that there might be karaoke..? 🤔😱😂.That heat does sound a bit much glad you have the aircon and are managing. Sleek and I are just resting and fanning ourselves occasionally between cups of darjeeling and shortbread fingers 👍️. Hello Joan that's a good system for watering 👍️ certainly needs it now things are really suffering it's just a lot to expect of them, I've moved a few things into shadier bits. Hope the switchover goes well with your frozen stuff I expect you've tried to run things down a bit so there is not too much, but you can't always, you weren't expecting this so couldn't plan ahead. Hi bosh glad you made it to group even if it suddenly went a bit superheated on you 🌞🔥 it really is a bit much now. 23 or 24 degrees for me please, above that all you get is uncomfortable nights as you say and it's a waste of a sunny day which could just be a happy medium, but no it goes mad doesn't it. I was half-heartedly considering going out on Sunday but it looks like rain now so that will sort of excuse me 😉. Nifty application of economics there Bil, well it won't be 5 things at £1 anyway as 'that' shop is closing down apparently. Did you ever shop at 'everything 5 not-ounces', I only did once, that's another place that has gone or at least changed into some very weird reseller marketplace type thing, lots of disappointed loyal customers 🤷‍♀️. Hi toady let's just say I didn't have a great start to my shift went and done my knee in pulling the delivery down it's been the worst pain I've had in ages at one point tonight I've wished I could chop my leg off anyway enough about me I hope you are as well as can be and resting your bad foot and I hope you sleep well tonight.

I knew a few people at the bike meet. Although it seemed like a lot of people went early and left early.

I changed the gearbox oil in the old Beemer today. Lots of pain afterwards and still now. I think that will be the last time i do any of it myself. I much prefer just a ride in ride out have a coffee whilst you wait service if it’s someone i can trust doing the work.

My head been relatively okay today, although I did drown my fone and had to pay £65 for a new screen to be fitted. Sorted now though.

MotoGP from Italy this weekend so I may be awol again watching all the sessions from that.

Yes can quite understand you moving around from various rooms and lights on lights off etc bosh, you do what you can this weather 😬 same here in the daytime going from front of house to back as the sun goes round. Hope the unsatisfactory mattress at least is a modestly not bad price to pay to be cooler, things should improve soon 👍️. Ankle not too bad today thank you I only have to get up for postie in the morning then at least I can keep off it - no doubt should be doing the sensible thing and having it looked at or what have you but yes 'sensible', that's that vague thing from the distant past as you so rightly said 😂. Yes 'twas I asked about the garden Keef, I thought Loanda was actually the good waterer & you were the dodgy one, it's both of you is it 😬 it's touch & go getting anything through this heat, in which case if Sucré's bean has done a Lazarus that's even more amazing, do hope it does ok! 🤞 Lovely to see the finished bike project 😀 that's a really nifty addition and you must be gratified to see it done as well as the practical benefit 👍️. Hope the August hols plan works out, just realized that's not even that far ahead 😬 best not dwell on that! Blimey £65 for a phone screen, painful. I run a motley few uncool phones, one still on its original TM*bile sim from the old days, none of them get any money spent on them apart from the odd fiver payg and they wouldn't get that if they would stay alive without topups 😂. I wonder whether the glucosamine and other stuff might need a bit of time to build up in your system? Don't know much about it other than I tried both back in the early days and it did nothing for me. So glad you've found a fellow polywhatsit person even if they aren't exactly local.

No vegan burgers here just chips if you want vegan food so I cooked ours outside on the cadac. Much healthier anyway plenty of veg but of course Paul had some chips when we spent half an hour at their cafe/bar listening to some musicians. He can't really bathe in donuts so managed with them instead!

RR has great money saving tips there he really ought to pass them on to Martin Lewis! Well done getting to the group even if it did get really hot - mad isn't it? What are the temps like? We had 30 yesterday in our tin can😁

LA can come next time we go to France and interpret for us. Seriously I am actually very impressed with him. Of course the mafioso crew won't be best pleased😉

My FIL loves vans and trucks etc. his absolute fav is American conventional engine out front of the cab style semis closely followed by racing car/bike transporters with the fold out hospitality rooms, and big campers. He always says yep, should have bought one of those back when I was young enough, travelled everywhere. Lol
