i started taking an otc suplement of glucosamine and chrondritin recently after reading a blog if someone in the USA with polywhatsit. Have to say early results areamazing. More energy, less pain, fewer pain killers needed. Has to be them as it’s the only meds that have changed recently. Probably should have asked my consultant first but was desperate as my day was consisting of laying in bed 50% of the time.
now look it’s 22:30 and I am still awake lol.

Morning Jojo I am exactly the same! I hate going to the Drs/meds reviews and consultants. It's scary when you know you need their help and they are 'all-powerful' beings who can take away a life-line for us. Skinny Keef is right be ready. Remember you only take those strong meds when you absolutely have to. They help. Make some notes, but I think all will be well you know because these days it's often a pharmacist/another lesser mortal than a Dr and they are so much nicer! Last time I had mine I was able to have a good chat about my meds and actually got some good advice to take to the Dr next time I went.

How is your leg today? Any better?

It's lovely your son cares so much for his sister I expect she adores him too. How lucky are they having each other?😊

May have spoken too soon with the supplement, seem to have more pain again this morning. Time will tell.

Hospital appointment this morning as I have a lump on my tongue, what ever next?? One if my old work friends is quite ill with cancer and I bumped into his g/f yesterday and I asked if it was terminal and she said, well life is terminal anyway, and I thought it was a good reply.

And on that lovely note I will be off 😁

My blood results came straight back today abnormal so I have to have another blood test next Wednesday evening and a follow up with the gp.

Hello Joan, things ok here thanks just making the most of the sun, apart from the usual noisy DIY-ers, but they have stopped for a while anyway. I forgot about you and cats so you and Brenda can't pet-sit for each other can you 🤔. I saw the bit about no 2nd class post on Saturdays, I can't say I've noticed them bringing much on Saturdays anyway these days, I'm sure anything they have they just try & hang on to til Mondays 🤷‍♀️. Sorry about your swimming Jojo hope you get another good chance. How annoying the med review thing is not sooner, why not just get on with it? 🙄 fingers crossed for you it is very routine. They used to summon me in for arthritis review appointment's and send reminders etc and make it sound terribly important, but when I went I realized it was mostly a tickbox thing. Could you ring them if you wanted and have a word ahead? Hope your day is going as well as poss otherwise 🤞 xx

Yes Joan it was my friend with the yorkies including Peanut. He really is so well now after our walk we nipped him into the vets and onto their scales he is finally a healthy weight after all his tummy troubles☺️ Are you and Pepper doing ok? that's exactly how I'd feel about your Mum is I was in the same house as her. I'd just want to see her awake to check she's ok. You are much better than BB but of course you can't always be there.

My sister says we must go outside every day, but gosh it's hard when it's this hot and with the arthritis sometimes it isn't possible. For our mental health though we need to try. Walked with her before the foodbank yesterday.

Hope the bank allow an early withdrawal of the poem but if not so be it. We can be patient.

All my passwords are similar so a random word like cafe. Add capital to start with Cafe then a number instead of a letter Caf3 then the initials of the site so Caf3va (Here) then my silly symbols Caf3va*! That of course isn't my actual password but the principle is the same. Helps a bit anyway. Make sure the password is at least 8 characters of course🙄

Yesterday i made vegan brownie with flax seeds…very tasty but atad too crumbly - not enough flax? or not enough patience soaking the flax? Foster carers have a new baby😊 ooooh a lovely cuddle till I thought I was overheating her!
