Along with dealing with this nasty flare up I have my hospital appointment Monday morning (July 31st) to see the knee specialist and I refuse to miss it as getting new appointments are like gold dust lately. I'll be seeing my GP this Friday at 5:20pm to discuss a referral for an arthroscopy, after my latest steriod injection failed (only lasted 2 days). If anyone is free this Friday, i'll be sure to need the support, as this is a big step in my arthritis journey. Alastair
