    Love a builders, Trish...........it's not so much the scones, it's the butter, be very, very careful with it.

    got to go as need some sleep and still got to do some neck exercises lol and massage it nearly for got pain meds as well . sleep well all if it snows to much fetch the cow in poor thing unless kitten will curdle its milk

    Sinatra? Dandy cos he looks dandy.

    Anyone know a remedy for stuck elbows?? I warm water and gentle excercise moved 1 mm.

    Trish who looks really really daft sitting here. :(

    Trish, what will you do next? How about hot flannels? I find those quite useful for my knees.........

    It's all this working today, my brain's gone numb. I can't think of anything else at the mo, I'll have another builders, maybe it will help.

    Don't laugh, I have towels heated by hubby on radiator, one arm in a cast up to elbow two bent arms.

    I have a lump on my finger where I keep hitting it with the cast as I type.

    Trouble is I cannot use creams as I'm allergic to Lanolin.

    HI Trisher - good to see you made it in tonight - sorry for the bad elbows though .... can't be much fun.

    I would say the wheat bags or the hot flannels would be the best, but can't think of anything else right now.
