    Hi Joan,

We washed your fleece and warmed it up for you so you can stay warm Luv Cris xx

    Hi Toni

g045.gifg045.gifg045.gifg045.gifk050.gif This is why you shouldn't wave chocolate around....... xx

    Hi Del,

Would you like another builders and are you back to your normal self now? x

Hey Jan stop scratching............!!!! Its not good is it actually and I do sympathize with you, thankfully its not happened for a while cus I use the most far reaching spot on now...... not cheep but infinitely better in controlling them. Hope your ok today? ((( ))) xx

    Hi Linda,

He k050.gif (glad I found him for a second cus I lost track of if he was barking at Leg and Wonky's ice or eating Ange's bags or knowing him sliding back up to Scotland for more porridge and honey and a snowball fight) will teach your dogs how to bark at it to make it melt  x

    Hi Joy,

They got the forecast wrong here as well but it was in this ends favour. Its got a thaw so close behind it and it will soon be gone again. ((( ))) Cris x

    Hi Barbra,

Nice to see you again. Another builders? x

Annie did I see you in here as well? I'm losing track but hi if I did. x

I think a builders for me and then a quick warm up beside the fire if there is room, though I feel embarrassed to say we got sun today and the thaw is really working now. Mr. Stink has been out barking at the thaw to drive it all up to those who needs while an assortment of sheep have been out hoovering the skies to try and stop the snow...... You all stay safe. xx

    Hi Joan,

I haven't I'm afraid. I know she went away for a bit and maybe she hasn't come back yet? I don't have a very good sense of 'time' as such and it might have been too long ago for that? Hey have you still got my keys in the fleeces pocket? Luv Cris x

"He" says he has got a name - Lord Harold - and would you all mind using it please. He`s been a great help, and has now got a nice new coat. I wanted him to have my favourite lilac, but he told me in no uncertain terms what I could do about that!! He has settled on a lovely dark blue.

Now, a bacon and sausage buttieplease, and a builders......Ange.

Thanks forthe weather forecast team. Nice big cup of coffee and a sausage roll would be nice.

I have not ventured out except to go to my balance clinic. At least I got there.
Due to the bad weather, I had to have my endoscopy put back. Got staffing problems due to them not getting in last week so it has put back all the appointments. Will let me know next week.

Good news is that I have lost another 2lbs and another 2mm round the waist. Might not seem much but added together is 5mm round the waist and 10lbs altogether.
Still a long way to go but in the right direction.

OH & I were playing noughts and crosses in the snow when we got back. Snow covered the paving slabs. what are we like?

It's my 2nd Swine flu job tomorrow. All these appointments are tiring me out. I can't stop yawning! Think I will got a lie down now.

Plate of fried potatoes please. Hot thick slices of butterd toast with so much butter the 1" thick toast is yellow halfway through when you cut it.

    Yes Del, stop it.

    Glad you had good sleep.
I wake up twice in night with very bad back.
Cannot get out of bed normally. I seem to do a kind of twisting round until my legs out of bed, then just holding on to mattress quickly to save myself from falling off bed. The painful bit is getting my legs round. My back is so stiff, I cannot sit up.
