Jeepers I must call in more often, it gets so hard to keep up!!

Glad you had a better day Wonky, a bit of rain here but still no thaw. Roads clear but the pavements!! just don't get me started. Two of my over confident striding colleague fell over on the way to work, as Jan would say I'm not laffin' honest Me my dodgy hip and knees and trusty wellies took our time and made it in one piece.
A lesson to us all eh!

Today I have brought some very special toffee made and packed in my bit of Yorkshire since 1870 no less. Not that I was there at the start you understand.

Sorry I'm rambling. I'm a bit over excited I didn't fall over today and I have a day off tomorrow in which I intend to bond with my duvet.

I think I deserve a builders and a doughnut. My treat for the day.
I am taking the OH out tomorrow night. I am going to throw all probs & pain out window. Going to a Queen and Rod Stewart tribute show at Wicksteed Park, just down the road here. They are having a Tribute to Heroes event on next month. Well...........I know you will call me sad.............don't care....so there..... Just thought it would be a laugh. :P :P :P
And I have just had my second swine flu jab. Missed it last week. With all the dil comings and goings.

Cannot believe that we are suppose to be having temps in the range of 8 degrees this weekend. As I sit here looking out on the snow and fog and 1 degree. Are weathermen trying to have a laugh. :roll: :roll:
Now, where did I put my keys. Oh yes, in the freezer :oops:

Good news is it's thawing now
We had foxes in our front garden last night - about three of them. Think they are hungry

HI All,

any energy buckets going spare? had a good day yesterday but another busy morning this morning and all my energy is used up

Come upstairs where it is warmer :roll: have installed littlelegs in the bedroom (curled up in a mound of my quilt like a little nest:roll: ) have put upstairs kettle on for a hot drink and then thought I should pop in here instead - nice to have some company

What food is there left after the morning rush?

any toast? .... just feel like some ....... lots of that butter you made too

it certainly smells very 'fresh' in here today ..... but do we really need ALL the windows and doors open? :shock: :shock: :shock:
