Hi Trish...how are you today....I hope you managed to get some sleep...heres 3 buckets of energy, now i will get us some coffee...sit by the fire but mind cuddles hes under the blanket.

We have had snow today, it settled, then the sun came out and melted it.

It keeps trying to snow, but it is really cold.

We just had a very heavy snow shower, it lasted about 20mins, but as far as I can see it's gone from the pathway. My tubs all look as if they've been iced, very pretty.

Trish I's was very good at work, I only upset 3 peeps by telling them they couldn't do what they were doing!

I came home, had lunch and went straight to bed and stayed there; hopefully I can do the same tomorrow.

I am better, not coughing nearly so much and not so much pain.
I am being good with the meds!

Another builders for me, need to keep up the fluid intake!

Oh Barbara I can make cake, I honestly can cus my mother had a cafe and she used to put me to work every time I saw her...... Saffron is so hard to make I still haven't made a good un! They taste ok just aren;t the right texture..... I must try again but these.... well they are the best you can buy ...... and so it the cream, sadly looking at the size I am I know a thing or 3 about saffron and cream x

Glad it wasn't too bad today and hope that hip of yours is behaving? The calves are hungry..... I chucked then half a bale an they can have the other half tomorrow. I do get cross though with their owner but well they are warm, fed and have a decent bed to sleep in tonight! I just wish, well you know that bit ((( ))) for you and I think some of Wonky's are under my blankie cus Little Legs and Slipper boy have been bust with their sledge again today..... though why Little legs is dressed like that I don't know xx

Right i might be off for a blast of base but I also downloaded a book and I might listen to that..... Not as good as actually reading it but well it will do

I shall take a builders with me and you might hear the base before long...... Don't watch the dancing though :oops:

We are having a really heavy snowfall. Our car is coverd in snow. You cannot see it at all at the moment.

I do hope you are not getting it. It means to stay, as the sun will not be out until tomorrow.

I'm pleased for you about the pain settling a bit? Keep the meds up and you might stay better for a while.

Don't let your fluid level drop it can make you bad as well.

This fire is nice girls, it is comfy as well. Barbara have you got enough blanket?

You're right, Trish - we were going to booby-trap the Gents! and do a bit of spray-painting.

It seems to have been very quiet here all week, perhaps they are all playing the new games.........or maybe it's just the weather?

I have been to my art session this afternoon so have done quite a bit today. Someone brought a Lavender and Lemon cake into the class. Delicious. I was given a book on Lavender recipes some time ago with a jar of lavender. Has anyone heard about the wrong types of lavender being poisonness? That should keep you busy. If I bring some lavender muffins in, you will think I am trying to bump you all off
Now whats going. Fancy some pancakes I think.
Shrove tues next week.
As you say, this weather is creasing me. I just feel so achy and sore all over. Now I am exhausted so I am going to go and have a hot soak. I might see you later if not good night.

sorry not had time to look see what's been going on today ...... just been uploading a terrible digital photo of me so that I can get a 10% discount bus pass. Only got told when everything was complete that because I had chosen to pick it up from the Travel Centre (instead of paying extra and getting it posted to me) I have to wait 7 working days before collecting it :shock: :shock: :shock: :shock: :shock:

hi all got snowed on coming home tut tut so no second mug of tea lol. where is cuddles bet he is under one of the blankets he is quite spoilt but so cute when up in middle of the night he /she always comes for a cuddle.
