    I've been awake in the dark for over an hour. Got myself stuck I thought I would wait till morning which I thought was coming.

    It is not and has not been getting light yet.

    Getting an ovaltine and a log on the fire to keep it warm.

    Oh, I sympathise...........that discovery that it's really stupid o'clock is such a downer.........I was lucky I did get 3 hours sleep!

    Got any snow or can't you see? We've got the odd flake coming down now.

    While I'm here, I'm going to milk Marigold, tidy up and put the heating on ready.

    I'll leave all the brekkie stuff out and ready to go...........I feel quite hungry now!

    Some one took cuddles to bed. I cannot remember who now?

    Annie keep telling me I have to get better from this Pleurisey. They are going to drain it off by putting a needle through my chest.

    I don't think I will like that very much.

    no not as such but the old boy gets stressed as soon as he hears movement up stairs and starts barking and at 3-45 thats not good for the neighbours and once i am down my knees dont like going back up the stairs for a couple of hours :roll: its an age thing with him poor sole

    I'm back for another builders and some buttered toast. Still haven't slept much....dozed a bit till the cat came and sat on my head.

    The sun is shining here, don't know how long that will last. Have put out a few bits of washing, but don't suppose it will be out long.

    Morning Bertyboy.

    Sounds like poor Annie and Trisha are exhausted again. Continual pain is not good. Don't like the sound of the insertion. My DiL had something like that done. It was uncomfortable, but it worked.

    At least the sun is shining which is good

    Just popped in for a builders and some toast. Got busy morning with a sitting by a greyhound. Now, that will be interesting.

    Hi Toni, Jan, Joy sorry if I missed anyone, I know what you mean Jan, my 8 year old grandaughter...tried the same this morning..and it worked....I hate to send her to school when she says she is not well...she has me wrapped round her little finger.
    I will stoke up the fire and put the kettle on...anyone for toast..

    One of Toni`s egg and bacon butties for me, and a builders in a pint mug.

    I`ve brought a load of books in, so will put them with all the others.
