    hope the night owls manage to get some decent sleep tonight ... far too much going on in the early morning it seems .... sorry you are all struggling.

    a cuppa and a piece of cake would be great please ..... 'normal' milk please ...... not ready for yak stuff yet :wink:

    Sorry I am not up todate with things, 3 days ago i was carted of to hospital......Anyway I feel alot better now.....i am yearning for a builders and a large slice of anything thats going :)

    Hi Wulf - don't feel bad ..... IMHO it was perfectly ok what you wrote, and it is not your problem if someone takes it the wrong way is it? surely the house rules explain the moderation process too ..... I think to new peeps it is just a maze of info and they miss some of the important stuff on first read.

    HI Chris - 'interesting' night with the resting splint ...... hoping that tonight I might get a good sleep ....... and maybe I will clonk Cris on the head with it to make sure she sleeps tonight :wink:

    Aww Annie dont quiver...it was an infected ankle...and trapped nerves in my back....I feel alot better..but I am of to bed soon.....orders from my OH...nohe is not joining me :)

    Not really my youngest son wants to go and see his girlfriend and shes mooved to somerset and we live in sheffield my eldest is driving. I have told him i will do it just this once but if he wants to go again he must learn to drive :roll:

    Well I'm going to have a sticky bun with a cherry on the top, and a nice glass of cold pineapple juice.......mmmmmmm

    Sorry not been in not be well, had a flare bones hurting and just not feeling I have no energy.

    I will have 2 buckets of energy, that might help me.

    That is a long way, Julie and the weather doesn't look too good either.......best get him started on the lessons!

    I'll have a builders while I wait for the bath to sort itself out......for some reason the water pressure has gone down and it's taking forever to fill up.

    smashing ive not had trifle for months only me that eats it here ,
