I hardly dared to breath...the Germans were celebrating prematurely but GB Amy and Arthur won the Gold.Phew.Lets hope I dont wake up in the morning and find she has been disqualified!

Hi Trish, Im sure you come in to fridge raid
Im going up in a bit as ive not been sleeping good lately.
I cant even get the pillows right for sleeping. Ive even got cushions in the bed now & some pillows chucked on the floor as back up.
If its no better after the weekend i must get down the drs. :roll:
I was supposed to have jabs in my neck last yr but i cant get to see the consultant til ive gone through the pain management plan. Acupuncture is next but ive been waiting since oct for that. :roll:
Its always the same story with me, no wonder i get so down.

Looks like I am the first up this morning.
What a miserable evening last night. Looks like it was busy in here last night.
Right, get this washing up done first. That fire looks like it could do with remaking - all that ash. Love the smell of the woody smell and the yaky smell. I suppose this is what it smells like in a tent in the Goby desert. They keep Yaks there. Well, in that commercial this woman goes and cuddles up to a Yak to help keep her warm and cure a cold. Thank goodness I haven't got a cold.
Marigold needs milking. Better do that next.
Now, I believe someone wanted Yak's butter on their toast. That should cure everything.
Debs. Have you thought about trying a Chiropractor. My hips seem so much better and my back. I won't say I am 100% better but at least I am sleeping better. I think what has manifested itself over the last few days has been my PMR.
Felt bad all week with it.

Now what's next. I'll get these tables done again. Get the table clothes done. We'll try and get everything looking nice and fresh

Now for a large builders and then I'll get some porridge on the go.

I have to confess that I haven't been watching the Olympics. Was busy all day yesterday, when not in bed, planning and re planning trip to Norway. Just got to get the itinerary finished now so that we can get the bookings done.

Cris. have a really good sale and don't get too cold there. I have some nice heated up wheatie bags for you when you get back
I thought it would be nice to put some in the alcove here near the fire. Then they will be ready for when anyone needs one.

I've booked my place on the cruise. Can't wait to get somewhere warmer. I think it will be Africa before we find somewhere. That Jet stream seems to have got stuck on the sahara desert I think.

At least we should miss the next lot of snow next week. Yuk

Morning everyone - it looks lovely in here with the sun shining ....everyone looks so happy today.

Although I was up and about in the night, I did have a much better night than some lately, things are looking up!

I'll have a large builders and some toast with yak butter this morning - it seemed to help last night, or maybe it was just the thought of it!

I've got my Rheumy appointment on Monday morning, I'm just hoping she sorts me out!

hope everyone had as good a night as possible.

it's a lovely sunny morning here, but freezing cold.

i'm in a sunny mood reading a membe of team gb won an olympic gold. i'm going ot try to see it on repeat today, get some good atmospher.

(this cruise trip, how long is it? i need to get lots of coursework done, so am trying ot plan soem time to join you all. if i can come for a small part of it?

The cruise will last as long as it lasts, but you don't have to worry, you can join in whenever you wish, and we have helicopters and speed boats for those who need to return to the 3d world in a hurry!

We've got Wulf's submarine, too - he might lend that out if we get an emergency!

there si some snow forecast, in some areas, so keep an eye out for hte weather forecasts.

soem areas is low, some more heavy.
