    Morning, all!

    I have time for a break before I start getting lunch, so a bucket of builders would be ideal..............just pop round to the urn.

    I'll just sit by the fire for a while - it's bright and sunny here, but the wind is sooooo cold. Glad I haven't got to go out again.

    Afternoon to anyone around.......Chris, Val, Ange.

    Hope you enjoyed the shopping Ange........I've been doing much the same thing. Went to a well-known DIY centre to look at paints and bathroom stuff and patio sets and anything else I could think of.

    NO packing again today, Chris........I am being good. Going tomorrow to have a proper look at the flat we have chosen, so looking forward to that.......I'm all excited!

    Hello Everyone, Joan, Val, Annie, Cris, sorry anyone I have missed.

    I've brought in some lemon drizzle and blueberry muffins in for you.
    Had to make some for step son and dil.
    Sorry not been in very much. Such a lot of things on my mind and with trying to get accommodation booked for our holiday. It looks like we have a deadline of 5 days now because ferry will soon be full and we have to determine which day we will come back on.

    OH had to go to Uriology dept at hosp yesterday. I went with him.
    Consultant wants him in for a small op to investigate further. Oh dear. I'm sure there is nothing to worry about. I think it will all be routine in the end. It's just one more thing to fit in our already busy appts schedule. I think we have our names on every chair in all the waiting rooms at drs, hospitals, clinic etc.

    Just have a large builda's and then get the evening meal. Work never ends. I have had a lovely afternoon trying to finish my commission of the greyhound.

    Hope everything goes okay at hospital will be thinking of you((((hugs)))). Do you find painting relaxes you :?: i used to make greeting cards and that did me.

    Yes, it does relax me, although I am experiencing this rotten pain over the left side of my head and coming over my eye. Another thing that is niggling me. Waiting for the scan result and as it has been nearly 3 weeks not, it can't be serious or perhaps nothing at all.
    Rang consultant's secretary yesterday and all she said was he would write to me when he got back from holiday. If the scan doesn't show anything, I shall have another word with my GP. Oh gosh all these appts.

    Talking of muffins has anyone been into certain coffee shop st** b**ks the muffins are huge i've never been in one before wanted a small coffee thats all, whats a grande :?: then had to queue for drink good job someone was with me i was very confused.

    I've popped in for a rest and a builders.........I've got computer probs again, the screen keeps freezing and in between trying to sort that out I've got OH constantly asking me silly questions tonight (e.g 'Do you know where the big hammer is?). The answer of course is where he left it last.........I can't even pick it up let alone put it away somewhere!

    I think I'll make that a double builders........

    Has anyone heard from Cris? I haven't seen her in at all yesterday or today.
