    evening all (is anyone there?!)

I see we are due to have an enforced shutdown so I will volunteer to do a deep-clean and 'bottom' all the cupboards. Littlelegs says she will help, although I am unsure of the advisability of letting her since she has developed a taste for all things creamy :lol:

Cris - sending you lot sof wags and slurps from her, and hugs from me. It can't be easy, but you will make the right choice when you need to. ((((((((((((((((((((((((((( hugs))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))

We'd better get eating or all this will go to waste (or the animals  )

anyone for a Chocolate cream cake with cream and ice-cream? jsut my thing after a strange day. mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

Hello, anyone there? Are you all out the back?

Could I have a cuppa and a slice of cake please? I have turned the lights on.

I have bought some pizza, a victoria sponge, lemon drizzle cake and some chocolate cookies. Had to smuggle them out of the house before the boys ate them!!

I have bought some new books for the book corner as well, some are looking a bit tatty, has cris's sheep been nibbling them? I bought a few more harlan cobens since they seemed to go down well, also a chris manby and a sophie kinsella to make you laugh!!!

mmmm ..... fairly peaceful day here. At least I haven't had to sleep through the sunlight today.

been sorting stuff out ..... and making some bread (in the machine now) hope it will be ready for tea - late putting it on 'cos dad rang as I was weighing out ingredients. Never a short chat with dad  making pea & veg soup to go with it ...... just an easy one - chop everything in food processor, pile everything in and leave it to simmer. :D

Hi everyone, Long time no see. Having probs with our server.
Also, we need to download lots of stuff onto discs. too much on the system. going very slow.
Anyway, what's this I hear about someone making soup. I usually get started this time of the year making soup. Just finished a rather pleasant leek and potato soup. Making carrot and tomato soup tomorrow and had a lental and tomato soup beginning of week, so if you want me to make some for the cafe let me know.

What I fancy now is a nice coca cola. None at home and forgot to get them with the shopping. And something chocolatie aswell. Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.

well this time of year we seem to live on soups! a variety of reasons - lots of good veg for soups, usually cold so nice and warming for hubby coming in from work, and I can also chuck everything in the processor as my joints are usually not so good when the weather changes!!! good eh?!:lol:

I must say it is great not to be 'hidden' on the front forum page. Never could get too bothered about it, but now I know I am on the site! :D

now I think I'll just have a hot chocolate and then get off to bed tonight. Got a delivery coming between 9 - 12, so will ahve to walk littlelegs earlier than I'd like

    sleep well all

    Hi All,

Hope your day is going okish?

Just putting ingredients in the fridge fr a cream tea, don't tell him please..... k050.gif:wink: He is under the impression I need a chin strap of his nose at the mo so if anyone wants a hug he seems to be well into them.

Have left some pasties, saffron, hevva, milk, eggs and cream and she g045.gif is still in Toni's apron and wants to be the waitress......... She won't sample everything you order or so she said.......

You all take care Cris x

    Hi Wonky,

Hope your delivery came ok and they didn't keep you waiting all morning? Hey my last blood test shows the inflamation levels are down a bit and the swelling is going down (mostly but I do push my luck a bit  ) so the sulfa is at last working..... :D Slurps, and ((( ))) xx Oh and could you help me get her out of Toni's apron later please

Well at last we seem to have got our server sorted out. taken all week. Bet they don't give us a refund.
System kept asking for pass words the whole time, wouldn't switch off or just froze in mid stream. Have started loads of info and advice for arthritis care. Never mind, best people didn't get them. Might have been told off :lol::lol:
    Any cream teas left?
