    Hi Toni.
    I went to the gym to day i dont do a lot a few weights and a go on the ball i have to do things sitting down because of my legs aching.
    i wondered if oa gets worse.

    I'm making leek and potato tomorrow. Bought some lovely leeks today. Nothing like a good.

    Think I'm going to have to get the old breadmaker down. I've got so many break mixes in the cupboard. Can't waste them

    Good to see a few faces called in today. Must have some of that leek and potato soup Toni, sounds just the thing as is a bit chilly here today. Joy I know I might be a bit old but will you adopt me and feed me please? e015.gif You are always baking and making nice food out there in the real world, living on my own now I tend not to bother much. Hope the nutter rehab mentioned has been sedated by now. :roll: At least we are always safe and warm in here. :)

    I'll adopt you Chris. I'll get the papers drawn up. Do you want the blue/white room, or the room piled high with rubbish. The third bedroom is my art studio (sounds posh doesn't it) I usually have a big cooking spree , fill the freezer and then don't bother for a few weeks.. Than I let the other half have a go because he likes cooking too. I think it has something to do with the cold weather aswell. Instinct tells you to stock up. Got to make the Christmas list up too soon.. Do you have a farm shop near you. Are you able to get out or get someone to take you. I know it is more expensive, but you can buy little meals there. Perhaps a treat now and again. Do you have a WI market near you. They bake nice things too. If you found their local number and contacted them, don't know how they do things now that the EU have put the boot in

    Cris hope you getting there, glad to see elsewhere, your poorly patient hopefully improving. I send a hug to you and all your critters. Especially my fav. Velcro, can just imagine what a comfort a cat with that name is. Do look after yourself too.
    Will leave a flask incase Trish feels able to look in, take care love and one for Ironic and Carol just in case.
    Toni has done all the cleaning up so well as usual. Val hope your son had a good birthday.
    Am struggling with the "forum cold" which is my case sometimes turns into bronchitis. Am ashamed to say I smoke, so have only myself to blame :oops: and do not deserve any sympathy but don't worry if I don't call in much I am merely conserving spoons and sleeping in the chair.

    I`ve just brought some more books - Michael Connolly, and some early Harlan Coben`s. Also, "The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo", Steig Larson. What a great book! Can`t wait to get my hands on his next two..........Ange

    Thanks angel, the early harlen cobens are really hard to get hold of. Are you sure you want to leave them, his first two books fetch up to £500 on ebay, I have been told!! :shock:

    These are just paperbacks Deb, so doubt they would be worth much. Anyway, you - like me - enjoy them, and thats more important than money isn`t it?.........Much love.......Ange.

    I need adopting too - I am an orphan. I am looking for a very nice family with lots of money and a swimming pool (indoors). Also I have to be placed with my brother and siter as you should not seperate siblings thees days They are nearly 40 and 48 respectively.

    Cris - :oops: she promised not to tell you about the dress and hat :oops: maybe why it took so long for me to be rescued this morning?

    Think I might sit down with a cuppa and wait for my new family.....
