Jan Wouldn't it be such a relief for you (and ME!) to do a 4hr day? Trouble is I can't afford to do anything less than me 30hrs cos me hourly rate is so low. Hope you do find something less hard on ya bones soonish.

Nice to see you mummyb though sorry you had another tough night there. ((( )))

    Evening all,

As the pub seems to have gone under in the recession I guess I'll have to order a liquor coffee instead. ;)

I hope everyone's been enjoying the gorgeous weather.

    Evenin' all!

Just popping in for a drink, but I think I'd better pass on the cider! I'll have a l a r g e cuppa tea and some more cheese and biscuits please.

Val, how are you today, are you feeling better? Julie, I have this distinct feeling that I will be moving house in the middle of a heatwave..........you'd all better book your hols for the middle of May and stay here - no aeroplanes to fall out of the sky.

It has been georgeous today, but it seems to be clouding over now. Well, I guess it couldn't last forever.

Evening to one and all, hope everyone has had a fair day, in the sunshine. I haven't had chance to read back c045.gif but will have a nosey through, with a large cup of T.
Guests gone home now, they looked after me very well. Took us out to lunch, bought me a perching stool for the kitchen, so I can now perch and potter. OH and in laws watered the garden, sorted plants into the raised beds, and I went to gossip with the next door neighbour e025.gif
    I smell cider. a017.gif

It wasn't one of the special ones, I know which ones you mean and yes, I have tried them, but I felt a bit like I was slipping forward, maybe just me. This one was in a large charity shop, soft seat,, no back to it, same height as a perching stool, strong metal legs, but easy to move and is ideal. Could not resist at £5. Just cannot get the cat off it now. I made sandwiches whilst perched tonight, and did ok on it. How's your day been?

a065.gif to help the pain go away. No rush, things will be there tomorrow. I have had bad back and neck pain for 24 hours now, more than normal and pain killers are not working on it. just have to take its course, as it does. a055.gif
I have only done the minimum pottering today.

I agree, the burning is horrid, you just don't know what to do, part of the fibro and or sjogrens I think, or the bony spurs that are growing nicely. It is like red hot pokers, rotten pains, go away. u010.gif time for that kettle to be boiling me thinks.
