    Hi all, what a sorry lot we are.

    Trish, Brenda, Cris ((((((((()))))))))) for you, all nicely warmed, wish they were real.

    Brenda, at the moment I'm just doing the first thing that comes to hand as and when I can. Sometimes it is worth pushing it when something unusual comes along that you want to do. I am being very careful!

    Hope you get a couple of hours later, Cris. It's wet here this morning so take care.

    Trish, lotsa buckets of painkillers and energy and feel-good draughts for you. Will leave some defrosting for later.

    Hi Trish, just another distrubed night really. got new painkillers off doc yesterday, supposed to last 24 hours but am in agony. Feet at the mo, big toes especially and ankles, keep waking me up, feel like hot pokers digging in. What about you.

    Hi Trish,

    Got pain in my ribs and sternum, I have had a long flare but i think its being reeled in as we upped the mtx and well I just don't find lying down too comfortable just now....... and then there's the crohn's :wink: I ate something today and its just saying I shouldn't have :lol:

    I was going to go and make it shut up so I could sleep but got side tracked into thinking as well and now well this comes to you via deadmau5 directly into the ears and that's done the job......

    Have you ever tried imagining you have the ability to reach in, grab the pain and throw it away? I find that sometimes really can help.....

    Flower flares are horrible but they do pass so hang in there. ((( ))) and love Cris xx

    Right, the PK's are beginning to kick in, so will try for another couple of hours sleep...................don't think it will work, but you never know!

    He really was fab, went to Manchester, first night out on own with hubby for a longish time. We have a little boy of 5 who we adopted and he's quite demanding, so we don't get as much time together as we used to, so it was nice to have a few hours off.

    Don't know how old you are girls but Rick Astley was the supporting act and he was really good too, a good old blast from the past.

    Anyone doing anything interesting this weekend (apart from catching up on sleep that is!)

    Can't say Rick Astley is my cup of tea and well my special girls are some rather aged sheep, I lost the rocker back along but well I still have a punk and I am sure the lady Wishtiria would like classical..... Miss Vocal she might like what I do actually.

    Cris got some photos of 5 baby squirrels their mum died after they were born, so my friend took them in.

    They managed to saved all five of them.

    Oh its a cold morning..... grey and overcast with the mist still down but the black bird is singing his heart out and my shovel beak is crowing in the day.... dawn is always better from the wrong side as at least your awake :lol::lol::lol::lol:
