Hi Everyone

I have not read back yet. I had a bad night last night, there were 4 of us up in the night.

I have tried to have a dose this afternoon but have not so far, I'm ouching all the time. I was up but my bones went out dancing at a nightclub. They are complaining today.

I will have a coffee and read back. it is dull cold and a depressing day here.

Pottering is so satisfying...if you only get a bit done you feels has though you have triumph...i got 5 weeds out wow cant believe it..i dig with my hoe and pick them up with my grabber

Barbara you are a treasure to do a veggie one I shall share it with Toni and enjoy it

Hope you had a good day and Velcro clearly wants to say something to you as she has walked and awed the keyboard 3 x now .... I am leaning forward and she hasn't got much of a lap.... always some complaint from the employers xx

I know, part of the reason I forced myself out to do something. I used my stick to hit some weeds and to pull wires for the strimmer. Happy it is done, but will pay for it, a we do. :roll:

Sorry, everyone`s hurting, especially as I was going to ask for a team of helpers. The heating is brill, but the mess is something else. Sodditt, we`ll do it tomorrow. Got my bedroom straight, so maybe I`ll stay there, and just rest me eyes for five minutes. Had sciatica for a few days, and now my ankle`s joined the party. zzzzzzzzzzzzz

Val had an early flight. She would be there now. It is not a long flight. Hubby been watching the motoer racing qualifing rounds for the race tomorrow. It is is Spain, it was warm and sunny there.

I hope she has sunshine every day. She must be getting ready to go to dinner now. Wonder if she has had a swim yet? She was really looking forward to going in the sea as well.
I hope she has taken her meds so she will not be bad.

Hope everyone is having a decent day in spite of this awful weather, still I suppose it could be worse, it could be snowing!

Have come in for a builders, need a pick-me-up, tried to sleep this afternoon but couldn't and it was the perfect duvet afternoon.

So, 1 large builders, a bucket of energy, a box of cheerups and 2 scones with jam and cream, please.

I hope Val is okay. They cancelled lots of flights to Spain because of the volcanic ash.

Hi all I;ve not read back yet just popping in for a large tea and many lavander pats please, not doing very well today. I'm flaring in my neck, both knees, both feet, both hands and hips oh and I've been stiff all day :shock: will go and sit by the fire with my drink and read back.
