she cant hold her umbrella properly you see and climb....

She did say but I am one brain celled today and since its the one Legs, a chicken and I share I can't remember where it was but she did say...... My eyes wont troll back but its here or in the why now thread I think........

I started morning duties at first light and once I been out I shall get the chicken out, do their shed and get them back in an then have a kip but might go out, come back, have a kip and then do the chicken house.......

Its cloudy but dry just now but its gone some cold again.

Oh please Toni........ got to have the marty sauce though When I was a kid I had marti sandwiches... my Pop's used to have salt ones...... :roll: Nan used to give us both hell for our tastes

morning all if anybodys out and about wrap up its a bit chilly and i ve only stood at the door, going to send out for supplys in a bit shout up if you need anything x i think a bit of porridge and a comfy chair is just whats needed xx its the county show today glad i am not going

Just changed the tyre (thanks for your help Toni ) and had the help of 2 employers and 2 yearling lodgers and a foal..... bit scary actually

Right off to the garage and will take several buckets of energy and a builder with I think......

Hope everyone is having better days in spite of the weather, it's damp, chilly and miserable here, no chance of me getting outside today.

Have just popped in for a builders after struggling with a tax return, never had one before in my life so why they choose to send me one now I cannot fathom.

Am going back to bed for the afternoon after some soup and a roll, didn't have a very good night.

Just afternoon now and Hi to all, I did look, but two seconds later I forgot, how sad is that :?:

Need buckets of energy please, was so late up this morning, which I don't like as it throws all my cardiac pills out of kilter and takes me all day to get going. Tried T and Coffee, but am still away with the fairies at the moment.

Anyway, I better just sit here and come round a bit. Perhaps if I potter, I might come round quicker. Best not potter near my bed, or I will be back in it. :shock: Hope everyone is as ok as possible, its a chilly wind out there today..........

She's getting very good at climbing - yesterdaay she climbed the shed - got 3/4 way up - stopped and looked over her shoulder at the ground as if to say "Oh no! - too high!" but carried on anyway.

Afternoon joan annie bubbles toni cris and jan
OMG what has happened to summer...early may is always warm...it is freezing out....hope you have all had a decent morning.....I have brought in some home made bread and home made pate..there is a veg one for cris and anyone else....
I will make myself a tea and sit by the fire..at least this weather has killed my hot flushes :roll: anyone want to join me..tea I mean not an hot flush

Afternoon all, one large cup of T required I think. Hope everyone is doing fair or even better.

I forced myself to do some pottering, then OH went into garden to mow lawn and yes, I thought I would get the strimmer going :shock: . Managed to do most of it, stick in one hand, strimmer in the other, along with a few gossip stops with the neighbours. Now totally pooped, but it all looks better so I am very pleased. Everywhere is so dry at the moment, we have not had any rain for ages.

Showered and now ready for some duvet time. Will just have a moment to recover and then I am off for a nap.
