    hhi all,

well, those of you who are not already in teh land of nod

just calling in for a quick cuppa ..... oooooh is that pancakes I can smell? ...... please is there one left or has val had the last one?

here they are .... mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm lovely to go with my cuppa.

Probably won't get in until late tomorrow - am at my other cafe (the one at church ) tomorrow morning, and will no doubt need a lie down in the afternoon.

glad to say I am feeling chirpier today. Finally got a delivery sorted for friday, so MTX will be back on next week hopefully :D:D

Good luck to those of you with appointments in the morning.
Chris - I find that the first physio session is usually finding out things and then the other sessions get the real work going!

Cris - littlelegs sends her best ... she says she has sent them back to you as you sound to be in more need :? but secretly, between you and me, there seems to have been a bit of a falling out ..... over what I do not know.

    night night all

She will like him cus he has manners, less your a lodger and well little legs will agree with him on horses? x

    Hi all

Just thought I would pop along, see if anyone else was here. Mind you it has taken me nearly an hour to get here. Fed up with IT probs. This is the only site I have probs with.

I'll get the floor washed and pop back later to see you all, unless I go back tobed that is. Been up since 4 a.m. again. Do you think I am still trying to get use to the clocks changing?

Have a cup of English I think.

I've got a hangover this morning. Too much red wine last night, out celebrating my friend's birthday.

Any suggestions for a sore head :?: :?:

    Hi Joan,

Oh sorry I didn't mean to shout :lol: Resolve is good I seem to remember  Have a cuppa while you wait for better suggestions x

    Morning Everyone,

I shall grab a builders and sit quietly in the corner in the warmth

Just popped in for a spot of lunch - I'll have an egg sarnie just to help out! and a builders to go with it.

It's a beautiful day here, been to the gym and then for a walk. Makes a change after about 5 days of mizzle, drizzle and rain - don't suppose it will last.

Hope you're all having a good day.

    Hi all,

well have survived the coffee serving and am coming here for a rest!

move over on the sofa ... room for another?

large coffee please, and I must say I fancy a boiled egg or three .... anything to help out Cris ..... so sorry you are so far away, I would pop round for some real eggs if you were nearer.

Hope you get a better sale soon or you will have been taken over! aren't there any shops locally that would sell the eggs for you?

littlelegs did mention something about sheep. She has invented her own game this morning - hunt the ham sandwich! kids will leave their lunch box contents on the grass rather than eating them  but she is happy to oblige .... only thing is she will be ill tonight and we will get the results :lol::lol: better pop out for more air freshener.:lol::lol:

oh it is good to sit down ..... might just have a little zzzzzzzzzzzz

    Hi everyone
In a bit earlier today as no work YIPPEE! (well not the paid sort anyway). Yes Annie it was a nice morning here but turned into your mizzle and drizzle here, what a lovely expression.
Think I am with Ange today and will have double egg and chips, k070.gifk065.gif
Have to help Cris with all them eggs, sorry you got rained off too.
Is Wonky still asleep in the corner, hope she has recovered from her busy morning? Am trying to whisper incase Joan is still suffering from her hangover, like a glass of red myself Joan. Thought you were a G and T lass?
Will catch you all later, hope you manage to get logged on Joy, it can be so annoying, we all need Joseph at times I think. He really knows his stuff.
Glad you enjoyed your lunch Joan, a nice treat at the pub and why not.

    Hi Trish

Yes thanks, such a nice lady. Says I should try hydrotherapy on Thursdays and see a nice young man(physio) on a Tuesday evenings after work to give me a good mauling and see if he can help with mobility, which is apparently alot worse than it should be from the state of my x-rays. Am sure my jobs not helping but what can I do? Have to wait for appointments, but feel I am getting somewhere at last.
How are you? hope your visit ok? Did you get any sleep last night?
Can I get you a coffee? Lots of eggs from Cris as she got rained off at the sale poor love. Fancy an omelette?

    Hi

I was just recovering from my hangover when I went out to lunch today. We went to a fabulous restaurant, somewhat different from the one where I blew my top last week. The food was wonderful, the wine was flowing, and before I knew it I had downed several glasses again. I can't understand how this keeps happening, but it tasted so nice and one bottle is never enough, somehow.

I wasn't driving, so don't worry, but now I've got a pounding head again, so maybe a cup of your strongest coffee would be a good idea. :!:

    Hi Chris

I'll have anything that helps use up some of Cris's eggs.

So you had a nice visit? Chris, you'll enjoy the pool, I used to go in it every day after my amps. I was very ill after a souple of weeks caught that bug MRSA.

I was so weak, I went to the pool to try and build me up, it was lovely.

Your going to see this nice man, after work? I hope your legs are the attention.....full report when you get back.

That's very kind of them to see you after work though Chris, you can'task for better can you?? You were worrying yesterday.

Did they say how long you would need physio for?

What will it do for you, make it better or just arthritis?

I've sent a p.m. Trish. Sorry I shouldn't have really have raised this here, but you just get chatting in this cafe
    Chris

I sent a pm in response to this question from Trish not because of embarrassment or secrecy on my part but simply because I felt others may feel it inappropriate for chit chat. It appears to have created a huge unintentional misunderstanding for which I apologise to anyone affected.

It's something I've never understood either. Shall we get together over a nice bottle and discuss it?
