Hi Cris
Cris if one of your chickens laid an egg that is big enough to go in the Guiness book of records would it hurt her to lay it?
I always thought they were soft when first laid0 -
Hi Bubbles,
Sorry your not having the best of days and well I wish I could help. A ((( ))) and another cuppa could maybe help a little bit? xx
Right grabbing a builders and some energy and then I think I might hit the embers actually......
Thanks for the hugs, right back to you today is definately a fatigue day, well, thick fog. Dad said "you are quiet" I said it's the fybro having its say today, there is just nothing you can do, it is SO irritating. Another cuppa would be wonderful thanks, with a spoonful of energy me thinks.XX Aidan (still known as Bubbles).0 -

We will have to get the dyamite out and blow Chrons up  He has to learn to leave you alone.
Does it always play up when you eat or depends what you eat?
Just had a thought why don't they get the cells that make your intestines grow them take out the nasty bit put the other bit in you might be fixed.
Now wouldn't that be good? No loss of the intestines that has to be good.0 -

I had to have the energy one ealier I was so worn out. Not sure if it was my bladder or kidneys but I looked at my catheter and there was bright red blood in it. I had pains in my back so had to lay down.
It has stopped now, but I do get a lot of pain when that happends. Having Heparin does not do it any good.0 -
here you are Cris, this well get emXX Aidan (still known as Bubbles).0

No, it won't help at all. Could have been either, but more likely bladder if it was frank blood. It would give you back pains too, hope they are eased now. Hugs in abundance. Just going to move a moment, back is burning like red hot pokers..........will just potter for a second.XX Aidan (still known as Bubbles).0 -
I'm still here if you come back.0

Hi Bubbles,
you know I thought I knew what fatigue was till today for some reason this is the worse I ever had..... It will pas and it just means one of my conditions has gone active...... but.... which one
You sound like you have had a similar day  The fatigue is an absolute shift eh?! I so hope you have a better tomorrow ((((( ))))) xxx
Hi Trish,
It does sound a bit like its an infection..... have you asked your gp? My father has the same problem and he has tried all the antibiotics to no avail. Its another shift but I do hope you soon feel less pain and feel so much better. A ((((( ))))) nd a coffee.
No I have felt like this before but not for so long, the crohn's does upset the whole digestive tract and though the main symptom is under control it hasn't shifted out as yet..... Dam thing it didn't ask permission so there for like the bones its a squatter so an eviction order is in the post for it! xxx0 -
Cris
What if we hung you upside down? Do you think it might help .....a little? not a bit?
Cris ....please tell me my chicken and the egg question if it laid a really big egg would it hurt the chicken.
I thought they were soft at first then hardend up. That might be because I watch documentry about Crocs laying eggs and other animals.
The egg looked nearly double the size of an egg I can get the size if you want.

Already on AB's then was on those last week.Well have another lot of them then those I had in drips in hossy.
It has stopped now. I have to be careful because of the anti coags.
Might have burst a little blood vessel. I ave had it before quite a few times.
One more coffee and I will have to go,0 -

I am back for a moment. Getting ready for my cuppa, had last lot of pills, now on double the dose of amitrip, to see if it helps with neuropathy pain, (which it isn't), before I start on pregablin.
Cris, it is truly horrid, I just liken it to being hit by a train, one minute you are not so bad, then out of nowhere, you are just floored with fatigue, Rheummy says Fybro, but I think the heart problems don't help with it either.
Chron's is horrible, OH Brother has had it for years and years, has bad flares from time to time, but doesn't help himself with lots of beers and curry's  Have nursed a lot of people with it, when they need hospitalisation for intensive treatment and or surgery.XX Aidan (still known as Bubbles).0 -

Could be trauma from the catheter as well, as you likely know all too well. Will get your coffee................ there you go love.XX Aidan (still known as Bubbles).0 -
Sorry Trish I didn't compute that bit
I had a 12 year old hen and she often laid big eggs but her biggest was 'only' 4.5" but it didn't seem to hurt her xx0 -

It is that. We live in a lovely rural area, but you never know who is about, no matter how peaceful a place is, look at the shootings in Cumbria, not a million miles from us, you can be going about your daily life and just get shot. Stabbing anyone is abysmal, even more so a three year old, who has no chance of defending themselves.
I remember some horrible incidents when I worked in A & E, in Nottingham, ours was the biggest emergency centre in Europe at the time. Saturday nights was just dreadful, most from drink and drugs and that was back in 1981, so Lord knows what it would be like now. We had several full time Police on duty, just to protect us from whoever came through the doors for treatment.XX Aidan (still known as Bubbles).0 -

Hi Brenda,
Sometimes its not easy this weight loss stuff! Fingers crossed its will be down a bit next time. I do hope you got some sleep and have a decent day. ((( ))) Cris xx
Morning All,
Just putting the urn on,opening the windows and having a quick clean up so its all ready for the breakfast people. Have left some eggs and milked Marigold and Cuddles, who said she hadn't been feed for days but i didn't think she was being truthful.......
Going to grab a builders and some energy and then take Marigold for a walk.
Hope everyone has a decent day/ ((( )))'s to all Cris xx0 -
Hi Cris,
I don't really do breakfast ... I don't like early mornings ... just having a cuppa and a slice of toast and marmite for now.
S not keen to go to school this morning, so a bit tricky getting him off on time this morning and into the taxi calm and ready to travel. He's tired now - he hasn't adapted yet to "school hours" - getting up earlier and falling asleep earlier.
I digress I only popped in to say - were you in the cafe ALL night or just last and first thing? Girl - you don't get much sleep do you?!
Hope Marigold enjoys her walk .. and can you just confirm the nature of the beast?? for the sake of my imagination.
Speedy
PS If you need any shopping - don't forget it's my turn today.I have had OA since mid twenties. It affects my hips and knees. I had a THR on the left aged 30 and now have a resurface-replacement on the right - done May 2010.0
