Its my medication for my bp but I have been told it will wear off.
I take it all the gnomes have gone :shock: Just been on fb and Jan says hi to you all, its her day off tomorrow.

Hi, Looks like you have all been busy again.
Ive got a headache reading back so have only had a peek.

I nearly hit the ceiling at acupuncture today :shock: she put the last needle in my hand & bang, it was like an electric shock right through my body & into my legs :shock: She pulled the needle out straight away & asked if i was alright as i'd screamed out & jumped.Then she said do you want me to take out the rest of the needles as you look very flushed. I thought i was gona pass out :oops: I did carry on with it & sat there for 20mins, needles sticking out of me & my legs twitching away.
In pain tonight but it will settle to its normal level by tomorrow.
Might be to chicken to carry on with it as its scared me & was B....y painful, i have enough nerve pain as it is without adding more :roll:

Hi trish, Ive got 3 more sessions to do.
I did have 2 decent days 2 days after 1st session But it soon wore off, Might have been the fact the i had to go straight to bed after 1st session then rest up day after too.
Ive Never had a painfree day for over 3 yrs, & had quite a slow build up to all this Arthur milarky for many years before. Silly GP took no notice of me til it was to late :roll:

we have had such a laugh tonight

I got the 'instruction' booklet out for the new DVD player ...... well :shock:
I think it must have been written in one language and then translated about 7 times ......... and the final version was def not in english

at one point my hubby demanded to know what I was laughing at, and I just couldn't tell him so gave him the book to read ..........................

it was the bit that explained how to play files from a USB card ..... and well it made sense until the last step .....

d) If you want to stop to play, you could take it out straight away

Hi Wonky, Good medicine is laughing.
Ive got a Haynes Manuel & a scooter to contend with ATM. OH is trying to fix it for his son.
I just keep making jokes out of whats going on around me to break the sound of bad tempers & things being thrown as its not going right. Had 2 days of it so far & another tomorrow :roll:

well im a joker anyway & OH says to me ''you must be feeling better'' as im messing about more & quicker witted lately.
I wish he could convince Arthur & his mate of this But im trying (VERY in OHs opinion)

debs - sorry the accupuncture didn't go so well. Hope tonight isn't too painful. I know they say that things often get worse before they get better ..... but I think that what you are experiencing sounds rather more than that :shock:

Ive got so much nerve pain so hitting the nerves doesnt help.
Its supposed to release the natural endorphins for pain releif but im not sure its gonna help me.. :oops: I'll perhaps do 1 more session but wont carry on if its that bad again.

Well, where did all that time go. I managed to sort out supper, onto melamine plates, (safer). Threw most of my dinner down myself, lost control of my scotch egg rolling up hill and down dale, anyway, that was cleared up and what was left was very nice. OH did the pots, which is best.

Did a bit of ironing, just a few odds and sods, got in a lather and had angina, so that is put away and done with.

Now, let me see, tatties all round, mind you, everyone will have gone to bed now..............ooops.

OH is wound up like a clock now, the main computer is having a fit and needs a re install, so he is NOT happy. I am keeping very quiet while he sorts it and messes about, always at this hour things go wrong................. :roll:
