Hi Annie Toni, Cris, Val, Barbara, Jan and anyone else who has come in from the heat of the day. Boy is it warm. Am nearly melting. Hope everyone is as ok as possible, arthur makes its presence felt on me in this weather, funny, it helps some and half cripples others.
Been to check on the folks, Dad is doing ok at the moment, matron Bubbles was on duty, checking that all was well, fetching prescriptions etc. Town was PACKED to the gunnels, so we did what we had to, forgot most things that we set out to do, but I was not doing battle with thousands of people, all wandering aimlessly round the market, with no clue where they were going.
Home again now, windows flung open, cats all asleep, tennis on, having a cup of T, then I will be heading to the shower. No point having a nap, will sit in my chair. Am thinking of getting a get you up and down chair, just press buttons and away you go. Will have a look at some this week. 8)XX Aidan (still known as Bubbles).0 -

It would me, plus I would be soaked, so best leave it to OH and I can potter away.
Best get something to eat, didn't realise the time. Not that is matters, but feeling hungry, I think the pregablin make you ravenous. Oh dear, I will be like a house side.XX Aidan (still known as Bubbles).0 -

I was given my original aloe vera, Val. I've seen them for sale all over the place, charity shops, car boot sales - went to a fete last weekend, they had some on a stall there.
So easy to keep, very little maintenance required (very little water required) and I do find mine useful.

Oooh, I'm looking for it tomorrow. Mind you, I'll have to find out what it looks like!
Called in for a bedtime pineapple juice (I'll be looking like one soon) and some more cheesy biscuits. Then I'm off to my memory foam which is crooning at me.
