Thanks Val, feel much better for it. I was reading back a bit and saw that you too have not had a proper diagnosis, It got me down all the wondering and confusion around it. I feel like a weight has been lifted from me nowe and feel for the first time that I can move forward. I hope that you get your diagnosis soon and that it helps you the same way it has helped me. thanks will do one of these days rhummy not very talkative lol and do feel little intimidated by him i think it the fear he might say do not need meds then would be back to all that pain could not face that have bad times every now and then but so much better than it was. do not go back to rhummy till dec as meds working but get great gp will ask her sure she will explain all lol mind you she more worried about my blood pressure (does not bother me does not cause pain like arther) lol

Just popped in for a pineapple juice and some cheese straws for elevenses.

Feeling much better today, headache gone (felt as if a ton weight was sitting on the top of my head). No thunder, no rain here, but breezier today and feels a little fresher.

Hope you all had some sleep..........I see Brenda did, well done! Elizabeth, if you pop in, I am off to Polegate over the weekend to see daughter's in-laws!

Hi Toni, Joan, not sure who is about at the moment. Hope everyone is as ok as possible and arthur is not biting or snapping.

Just having a moment, in laws have gone home, we have been to hossy with Dad and Mum, they have handed over the warfarin checks to the District nurse, so that's a great relief, instead of the huge effort that he goes through, getting him there, in and out of car, into wheelchair, OH pushing and sorting and me keeping Mother in tow.

Phew, right, had cups of T and sat outside for a little while, had shower, which was nice, lovely breeze, thank goodness, last few nights have been so humid.

Feel like collapsing in a heap, it has been none stop for two weeks plus and I about done in. We are having a couple of days off now, to ourselves, to recover a bit. Need some us time, doing our own thing and I need to potter, properly. Washer is already on its second load, bathrooms are done, not doing the beds, OH does that now, as I was told off last time, as I needed my GTN spray and was all of a dither.

Football and Big Brother eviction, gosh, what fun and Andy Murray is out of the tennis, shame, but he didnt seem himself today.

Right, I will go and perch in the kitchen a while and make some butties.

I'm here now.........very hot here again, lost our breeze, not very comfortable.

Garden coming on nicely but we desperately need rain. The weather this year has been bizarre to put it mildly!

Think I will have a pineapple juice.................should go ok with the half-pound of cherries I have just eaten..........
