    Just having a builders after getting back from a session on the toning tables. I used to do this regularly but got out of the habit and much to my surprise found out that they are free now so will be going twice a week after I've eased the joints a bit.

    Late today cus the winds at last dropped and have been trying to repair the shed (again! :lol::lol: ) Haven't seen a forecast so hope its actually gone away and just not lull....... Hope you are all ok today?

    I shall have my usual of a builders an a bucket of energy and than go do more clear ups......Same about the 6" of mud everywhere and though he k050.gif loves the new lake I can't say I do...... the lodgers are working on swamping it so I guess it will be here till spring :shock:

    Going to my first Christmas Dinner with the FPAA. Was trying to get some Christmas cards ready to take but the screen is making me headachy too.

    I start getting sore throat, dryish mouth all that. Or is it the medication?

    I'm fed up with losing my voice when I am talking to someone :?: I know my hubby is probably glad I do.
    Anyway, had a two hour kip. Now feel a lot better. By gosh I do get tired though, so sorry haven't got around to making any more mince pies yet. Perhaps tomorrow. I need to try and get some vegetarian sausage rolls done too. Going to dil's birthday do tomorrow. That is, if she is strong enough. The sausage rolls I make are far nicer than the ones you buy. By making them myself, I can add a pickle to the 'meat' and perk them up abit.
    Right cup of tea and then must get ready to go out.

    HI all,
    Had a tough afternoon yesterday - first session of CBT and it was a toughie. Felt a bit low today and very tired. Might not be on here so much until I get myself a bit more sorted. Got to go again on Friday, so got to do my 'homework'! :roll:

    Trisher - sorry I didn't get the soup last night as had to have an early night. Hope it didn't go to waste.

    It's good to see loads of people in here today - we've been a busy place again! :D

    right, hugs to everyone but must go now as have to get shopping list done for tomorrow and then some sleep.

    Hi

    I have always believed in echinacea, but surely you cannot have it if you are taking MTX or anyDmards etc. I use to have it for years. Then when my immune system turned back on itself and the arthritis got worse, I thought it was because i had overdone the echinacea. subject for living with arthritis maybe. I know my rheumy nurse told me not to take it

    me too, so I am going to give the screen a rest for a couple of days.
    I think part of the problem was going to the hairdressers yesterday and I had to put my head back over the sink. She took ages taking the colour off and washing etc. And with spondilitis, that's not good. Perhaps it's coming from your neck too. Keep it wrapped up if I were you.

    My hubby twiches some nights. You are lieing there all settled and then suddenly the twich will come and wakes you up, so then on every count of 10 he goes again. It's worse when we are away and we only have a double bed, but we have since bought a super king size and its not so bad. he's further away, bless him I don't know what I would do

Its getting so bad I am thinking I might take the door off a cat basket and sleep with my head in one....... They wont try and get on it them cus they never voluntarily go inside one of those :wink:

    Some hot soup and a buttered roll would go down well, mushroom soup would be good........that wind feels bitter cold this morning and it's made my ear ache again. I'll have to knit myself another hat (sorry, girls).

Just watched my little former home team get knocked out of 2nd round FA cup! :cry: They got a home draw and made it to the 3rd round one year to play Watford and I got a trip to Old Trafford to watch them lose there too! Perhaps I should stop watching :?

    Plenty of soup left Chris, I going to have some comfort food - it's not quite so cold here as the wind has dropped, instead we've got rain - still comfort food weather - so I'll have egg and beans and bacon on toast.

    Right, here's your soup - how about nipping to the Cane and Able for a quick winter warmer after?
