    Hugs all round and hi to everyone I will have missed. Been a busy day, took mum to the Drs, she saw her own GP, (he was my GP too for 17 years, so when he saw I was lurking, he obviously took note of the look on my face, like, make sure you cover all your bases Dr and do a proper examination). Which he did 8) Mum is now on some vasodilators for possible angina, booked in for her ECG and is having a full blood screening.

    Am all pooped out now, just a bit vacant, will sit and listen to the rain, it is absolutely throwing it down here.[/quote]

    Hi Ange Toni Elizabeth and anyone else I may have missed
    Toni I hope your mum is alright...the main thing is she is getting treatment...you are all missing your kids...I am missing my grandkids :cry:
    Been to see gp, and he is taking me off my anti imflamartarys...cant believe it...I have only been on them for a few weeks..and noticed a big difference...something to do with my kidneys :roll: so its more test.
    well kids are home soon..are we all ready :)

    That`s exactly what happened to me Barb. I was on Diclofenac, and they were really helping, then my GP called me in to say that they were having a bad effect on my kidneys. Came off them, and everything went back to normal.....including bl**dy Arthur!!!!....Ange.x.

    I am sorry though to read about your kidneys but I suppose better safe than sorry. Lets hope he finds something to take its place.

    you lot have made me loose the plot and only been back to this morning great to have jan back hope some one looked after her. spent the day in sheffield sun shone all day was lovely had k*c for dinner the new one they advertising not as nice as thought it would be will stick to zinnger lol

    I shall feel better soon I hope... kinda come over odd but an hour ago...... just had a lucozade and its helped a bit actually.... just watching Shaun and then will get the chicken in and the girls done and see how I feel then.

    Jan, glad to see you in the cafe! Cris, hope you stop feeling 'odd' and get a decent night's sleep.

    Going to have a quick builders and then need a bath.........been working outside since it stopped raining, spreading gravel again. Toni, I use a big trowel and wear gloves - I graze too easily to go without. It's definitely not a large area and some of the more difficult bit is now done.
