    no cream or flake for me please. just heated me blanket up in the tumble drier so will sit snug in that for a bit,

    Hi everyone, nice to see you Cris, lovely picture too. Hugs to one and all

    I will just sit in the corner with a cup of T and the cake tin. Am not myself today, everything seems a bit odd, if that makes sense, I think it is the pills. Tomorrow will be better I am sure.

I feeling very odd.... it started earlier and thought about developing but thank gods for anti-emetics :wink: Just a bit light headed and got indigestion from hell using its free pass to visit my body! :lol::lol: i have taken my pulse and its just indigestion :lol::lol:

    The shakes and the lightheadedness improved with the lucozade..... Iris said its good at giving you a boost so I must get some more I think :wink: I use it for the drip cus that wishes me to hell and beyond..... you may have noticed :lol::lol: xx

    Lovely cup of hot choccy please! I'm happy to admire primmy from afar, the odd piccy is enough for me thanks, you only have Jan to worry about there! My sleep pattern is all over the place went to sleep about 9pm and now wide awake. How about you? How are you doing, it's s good to see you back, I missed you while you were away.

    We had the torrential rain yesterday, I was scared stiff driving home from work in it!

    Got my first proper rheummy appt next week so will get properly into the system nxt week. Hope you are Ok, love and hugs Brenda xxx (((())))

    When it comes down doesn't have some power? I find I worry about flash floods... silly really but we have had a few down here (never here as its high) and the last time some kids came unstuck big time.

    I have really the indigestion from hell just now but after a bottle of gaviscon it does seem to be calming down.... oh you might find you have the odd pic in your inbox :wink:

    I haven't slept yet, it really has been indigestion from hell. You wait till you see her now... she is big and gone a beautiful rich brown colour... with 2 white socks ad the other ones a mix of whit and black.

    She reminds me of my horse and the bond is big cus of that.

    Oh the others are looking good.... Bracken especially has really got stronger :D Between you and I at one point I thought we might lose him... but... he is lovely, well grown and strong!

    Right flower that's me back to the embers,.... I hate seeing the sun rise from the wrong side of the day :wink: (((( )))) and get some sleep xx

    you're early Cris. Not feeling too good. I had a close friend in my early married years who suffered like you so I know it's no holiday for you, bless you. big (((((((((((((hug))))))))))))))))).

    Sorry I haven't been in much again folks. I've been busy getting art exhibitions ready, dealing with another flare up of PMR and things.

    Just delivered my picture of a greyhound to a friend who paid me £10 extra for it. Perhaps I don't ask enough for my pics, but when you are doing themfor friends, you can't be greedy. And they do seem to bring a lot of 'Joy' to them, ha ha.

    Have been informed that I shall have a representative from AC at my art exhibition on the 2nd Oct at Ibis Hotel, Wellingborough. It runs over 2 and 3rd Oct. If anyone is in the vicinity, love to see you.

    Think it's time for a cuppa now.

    Morning all! Barbara, and any one else around........

    Cris, hope you did get some sleep in the right place at the right time! Coco, Brenda, hope you got some in the end too.

    Just called in for a builders and a nice sit-down before hitting the supermarket. Overcast here today, but warm and the rain has stopped - for the time being.
