    Hi Cris, Ouch flower that sounds like an awful lot of pain you’re dealing with. Counting the days to the pain clinic for you. I do hope you manage to get some rest every now and then. Can you get a temporary neck or back support? Oh I wish I could take some of the pain away for you. Hope tonight is a better night for you.

    strange but can hear music wonder where it coming from not very load but there in the back ground think on the news they said they tracing it to some where remote in cornwall wonder who that could .

    really am hoping that your back and legs and neck are behaving a bit better and that you are feeling stronger in yourself.
    Fingers crossed the next neck injections will give you the much needed pain relief and ease. :wink:

    Thank you all again and sorry I was so late late last night I just turned in... still not sure what in to :wink:

    No stereo today... yet... so it wasn't mine you were hearing... It might be any min of course :lol::lol: Its only till Shaun is on though then I shall go do the real ones :D I am saying nothing about any use of car stereos or possible big ones when I get back :lol::lol:

    Its still got huge spasm in the neck and shoulder but less underlying pain and poss less swelling in the lumber as well..... I kinda feel cheated over it though cus normally it happens cus I have done something silly and this time bar get wound up I hadn't done anything to 'buy' this one! Except end up sleeping on my back and having the neck in the wrong place ( I got to remember to ask about this one cus its what happens in the arm chair every time only it wasn't an armchair)

    The pain clinic has never failed to knock it out the shoulder spasm for at least a few days, less each time though as it gets more used to the medron, hence the botox. It's a huge muscle and sadly a bit too strong for its own good. Wish the rest had held up as good as that one!

    Going to try for the job lot this time...... neck, wrists, elbows and lumber at present but still time for other joints to join in if they want to! :wink: I have yet to find out just how many she will give in one hit..... At least she will do the neck than I will have to think do I plead fr the lumber or the wrists if she asks me to choose one more site only..... Oh the rumo might do the others on the 20th :lol::lol:

    Well, you are sounding relatively up-beat today, so I do hope you are feeling better in yourself. I have been out and about today, I have my flu jab tomorrow so I will be in and resting after that. I will then make a determined effort to catch up with you! DD

    I have had OA since mid twenties. It affects my hips and knees. I had a THR on the left aged 30 and now have a resurface-replacement on the right - done May 2010.

    Morning skezier, and here it is a very dull one too. Still raining, sky dark, lights on, and I have returned from having my flu jab done. Hurrah! No meth! Sometimes life has its perks.

    I hope you had a good night's sleep and woke up able to move - that always makes for a good start to the day! I must confess I have lost track of your appointments - I apologise. :oops: Please update me if you are able, I promise to pay attention! I hope the contents of the ark are well and behaving.

    I have just received a cheque in the post! Cor! Only £20 but every little helps! It's money I should have had by 20.09.10, still, better late than never. DD

    Thanks again for you messages. I kinda bounce back reasonably well. I sort of dealing with the sister thing better now.... I am also having major trouble with the pregabalin..... I mean major. Head rush again last night on the 300...... Going to have to go back to 200 cus this is getting silly.... :roll: It makes my imagination turn on me..... Its a big imagination :shock:

    I came back from the sheep, am having t inject one just now so invariably we are playing a few rounds of spin the sheep before I get cross and use the wall as a crusher. Don't have any illusions its ok then cus they can still rear and leap upwards.....

    Took the 300 cus I really was hurting and went from being a tonal half asleep zombie to this wired thing inside 10 mins.....

    Lulu I haven't got much of an accent left less I hear one :wink: I was exiled a few years. Sorry you had a bad night though flower and could have met you on here from the other side but thought (thankfully) it was safer not to post. I really hope you have got some rest sine again? A (((( )))) from me and the lodgers. Speedy they are behaving! I know I'm stunned as well!

    I did phone for the next drip appointment..... I don't know if I was meant to from my heads point of view but deep down I do know I need it...... There was no answer, I'll leave it to Monday but its a step forward that I even rang them.

    Cris, petal, you still sound stressy and tired and in pain. Not long to go to your appointments, but till then it's 'be kind to yourself' time. Try using the wall as a crush before the sheep spinning!

    Thank you for all the blue eggs lately, too. Am beginning to cluck!

    Oh Cris - I also have a funny picture in my mind of the sheep leading you a merry dance! (Sounds just like my dogs when I approach them to clean their teeth!!)

    That preg effect sounds really scary - sorry I can't offer any advice on that - hope it doesn't happen again though..
