Stupid back just went walking up High Street. Full on hit the ground with a thump dropped everything i was carrying and because it’s been a really hard day in more than just pain emotions bubbled over and I started crying, wot an idiot!!!

i am now having 30 minutes lay down before cooking dinner.

Sucré cracked me one round the head again earlier which didn’t help my neck any at all. He was on the naughty step yesterday for hitting Loanda.

ive managed to configure the file to play on windows but I’m now struggling to compress it for sharing. My computer skills are limited. I can work garage band but thats about it.

i remember when my nephew LA was a baby he got angry because I didn’t let him inside the kitchen and he stamped on my foot before I went to the hospital.

Nice sunshiney day for spending up the loft in the dark, I'm nothing if not a master at picking the right job for the right day 😄 I will try and get out in the fresh air before sundown. I am doing good works up there anyway as you say frog, aside of probably making myself more work bringing things down to sell 🤨 not sure about Sleek popping up there to poke around in the cobwebs, the ladder's a bit spindly, would she go for being hauled up in a basket do you think? I'm very well versed rope & pulleying things, it's how I've got many a thing up & down there 😄. Added incentive to empty up, anyway, now I'm coming next to yours 😀 I do remember it's a proper house, that the people before these people moved lock & stock (is that right 🤔), I was just being a bit silly about the notion of me being a dreadful neighbour & you being out of the frying pan 🍳😱 - oh it would be the ideal solution though, & the gardening possibilities have settled it for me, would they push off for the right price do you suppose 😂. Hope you have been out of doors today and hope the little flies have gone too 😬 fiddly little things, I have something tiny that flies to my phone screen at night, then I have to mind not to tap it. Sorry you couldn't get keef's AIFF file to work, I do have Windows not MAC so I think I'm ok because I have a codec pack I installed for something, I forget what. If keef is going to sort you an alternative then fingers crossed. Otherwise an audio converter program would do you but again you may not have or want one. I'm still so impressed you can produce something like he has in a home studio!✌️. I was sorry to hear about the Range I don't like them and have never bought from them, which is life all over, you like something & it goes and the thing you don't care about stays 🙄. I never understand why a business can take over another and do a better job, can't the other just hire the same type of people and cut out the middle man. Thank you for the suggestion about acoustic curtains keef I will look into that. Actual proper soundproofing is not really on I don't think as you say but anything that helps is worth doing, so far I am just rearranging some old & ghastly but hefty furniture over to but not right up against the shared wall, won't be able to test any theories til there's actually someone in there ofc 🤷‍♂️. So sorry your back let you down at the worst moment 🙄 it's a shock and just dropping stuff would upset me on a bad day let alone 'measuring your length' 😕 no harm done I hope other than the aforementioned shock & distress xx btw as mentioned to Toni I can play your file fine on Windows so if all else fails she may be still ok doing something from her side of things. Hi Toady, falling down is all part of walking and not using the chair but this one was probably the worst yet. Back spasms I think is the term and the pain is immense and down i go. Anda has been on about painting the bunker roof for ages. It’s a double pitch roof and i have it white to keep inside as cool as possible so i need minimal aircon. We just popped down the high street to buy a long pole to put the roller on. I used to climb up there and paint but I can’t now.

the file is done. It’s a slightly lower bit rate but quality should still be fine. Apple always over do everything like that. Bit like 96khz CDs that Sony did for a while when 44.3 or whatever it was, was fine.

i have to admit to popping two tram after falling over. Only way i could cope with the pain and i was so grumpy.

we don’t have a loft, well we do but it’s where the bedrooms are in my tiny little house so no space to store stuff which is a very very good thing or it would be FULL of Halloween stuff. I have a lock up just up the road where I used to keep one of my Harleys, but that is now full of Loanda’s stuff. I dare not look in there 😳

Yes, plenty of fruitcake left, please help yourself lol, I must admit, I spend far too much time eating cake, but somehow I’ve never really been a big fan of fruitcake, I will eat it, but wouldn’t be a first choice of cake for me.

Banana bread cupcake muffins for @frogmorton while we're talking cake: makes 6. 125g self-raising flour (I use gluten free because that was the recipe and I do buy some gf some normal when I buy readymade bread/bakery stuff but can't see why normal wouldn't be ok), 50g caster sugar, 2 bananas, 1 egg, 50g oil, 1/4 tsp cinnamon optional, 1 tsp vanilla extract. Sieve the flour & cinnamon into a bowl, add sugar & stir, then they say mix the bananas egg oil & vanilla to a puree in a blender, I just mash the bananas beat egg & do the whole operation with wooden spoon & mixing bowl, works fine 😄, then tip prepared flour blend in & beat until smooth. 25-30mins at 180c/fan160/gas4. I add a small handful of oats and linseeds to the mix.

Mine are now eaten til the next batch so will join the fruitcake queue 👍️

Good luck with the ceiling pole keef, my neck won't let me tip back to look up, so me painting ceilings is an unlovely business (if at all, mostly not). Wish you could just rotate the room, paint it like it's a wall, rotate back again.

Sleek was with me in the garden yesterday supervising my efforts. I was trimming the wisteria over the new trellis and digging out some weeds post rain. I will be out again this afternoon

This weekend I am cat feeding for Lucy (that's why I'm late in) and will be checking in at Tia's work where I know a pusskin will be in the pool!!!!!!!!!!!! I can't wait to see him. Obviously it will be coincidence me popping in🤥

I don't paint ceilings either not after the last time. I 'set' my neck off something rotten and spent 3 days heaving with the pain then another 10 days just in agony. and missed a weekend in the Cotswolds I was in too much pain and wanted the others to enjoy themselves to be honest. 🤔 yes let's rotate the ceiling down and put it back once painted!

Thanks for the recipe I will try it with 'ogg's instead of the egg.
