Thanks hun, did things go ok for you today? Looking forward to a day off, but, OH said let's go to the coast after the car is fixed, so that will be nice, to see the sea. We are not too far away, only about an hour. Weather looks a bit iffy, but I can be wheeled along the prom in between showers. 8)

Not at all, we are two peas in a pod, basically, after all is said and done, the Consultant said similar things, management, keep on with all the pills, coping with Fybro and all its horrors, if needed they can adjust the pills and add yet more, to which I said no thanks, 40 is enough at the moment. I said I was worrying about the welfare reforms and all this let's get everyone back to work who is on benefits - he said, we all know that is not going to happen and how many miracles where the DWP expecting in order for me to go to work......I had to agree.

Glad you are back online, it is SO frustrating when it all goes pear shaped, ( a bit like myself).

yes it would, but we would not be quite so violent in our campaign. Amitryp yes, I take them, they can cause a fast heart rate and palpitations, but, seeing as I am a prime heart condition person, they don't seem too worried. I mentioned the fact that I have wide mood swings etc and night mares. He said that will be the pregabalins and amitryp. Rock and a hard place isn't it. As he said, you cannot be in intractable pain, therefore you need the drugs to deaden the pain receptors. Pregabalin certainly are mind altering drugs. Talking of what you were saying about end of the road, don't feel too down, honest, I have been the cardio's veteran for years and the gp calls me one of his chronic's, at least we have a title after our names. It isn't the end of the road, it is long term management, sending an extra hug. xx Bubbles

    Thanks for the hugs bubbles.
he said to lower them as my gp has me on 40/50 mg at night & the consultant says to lower them to 10/20mg.Ive been on them since 2008 & they know i have borderline high blood pressure so i would have thought the gps know what there doing.
Ive had 2 bad nights as it is & i went to bed this afternoon.
Anything, even just going to the hossie today & i need to go straight to bed when i get in.My energy levels are low all the time.
Got a few things i need to ask gp about.
Im ok just get the wind knocked outta me sails for a bit but i'll be back to me old nutty self soon. :D

It does knock you down, when you think, right, so that's it, this is my lot and nothing more to be done. But carry on we do, which is good, even at a slower pace. I too must go to rest, OH is giving old fashioned looks. T, biscuit, bed, you take lots of care, rest is good, we sleep when we need to. Night trolley is out, Trish hun, you take care of it for me if you look in, sending hugs to you.

Barbara, I will gladly bring you a small Crimbo tree.. I actually took one back last december for my grandma, she's only got a small flat and usually had a nasty plastic thing, the tree was only about 7 inches tall.. I decorated it with bess from a necklace and bought a kit for making kids earrings and used them as little baubles.. Looked really cute, Grandma loved it..
