    Good evening all from way up yonder... Still having a good time up here, been for a gentle swim in the indoor pool, got a bit carried away, thought I was 18 again, feeling it now... I am extremely happy though as I got to see my other half Janet swim for the first time since she was diagnosed with heart failure 3 yrs ago, they told her she wouldn't be able to swim ever again, then her specialist said she could give it a go a couple of months ago, she had a massive grin on her face! She seems ok so we may go again tomorrow, as long as she doesn't over do it... Anyway, who's putting the kettle on? :shock:

    Annie I have done 3 squares..I tell you the baby will have babies of its own when I am finished

    need a big cuppa and an even bigger piece of cake i think coffee cake tonight if there is any,

    Ange, your choux buns are in the fridge, i spotted them when i got me eclair.

    Evening all, popping in while my phone signal allows, thank you all for your kind words about Janet,I was just watching her with a huge smile on my face.. Never thought we'd get to swim together again.. She's out for the count now but that's the norm. We've had a fantastic day, wish we could post photos on here, took some good ones so far... You'll have to ask Joan her opinion on them, I have emailed some to her..

    Hope we're all ok tonight? Will be popping in and out as I have to check my emails too.... I love my new phone! Lol

    Well, need something to wash down the night meds.......

    Will potter around for a while then find my bed.........anyone got any cures for cramp? Been driving me mad these last few nights.

    Not sure why my post, wouldn't post, after writing a ream. :x

    Hugs to all, who gather by the fire. I won't recite all that I had written, I am too tired. Only one more hospital visit left, then we are done for the week.

    I was having a cuppa, then noticed my post would not go through. a glitch per chance

    I keep getting posts going missig too, usually the long written ones & i cant do them again like you :roll: Gremlins or raspberrys in the system :wink::lol:

    not raspberries, eeek, gremlins we can deal with, but the pips, not a chance.
    I am looking forward to the end of hospitals for this week, at least tomorrow is at a very smart clinic, that I have been to for 15 years plus, to see my consultant, it is worth the consultation fee and I am one of his veterans now, seeing as I was in my 30's when I had my first heart attack and he has looked after me ever since. I trust him implicitly and we have a good natter too.

    Mines at 11.25 but OH has to take son to college then pick his dad up from garage before he takes me.If i dont get up when he does i'll still be there snoring me head off when he gets back & be late :lol: Have to book in 15mins before appointment :roll:
