Are any of the puss cats any good with laptops? Mine is dreadful. After 2 hours I've managed to get to one website with much frustration and mutterings! I should have got here at 1pm, but no go. and all those lovely cakes waiting for me to eat.

Kerrin, I hope your chest gets better soon.

Afternoon to all, Bright and a pleasant breeze, although after ironing all the shirts in the village, I am rather WARM.

Hi Kerrin, Sorry that you are still struggling with your bad chest. I hope the AB's work as soon as possible.
Coughing so much makes you totally exhausted and you have pains that you never knew you could have.

Also waiting for a Rheumy appointment and a chest x-ray, it never rains lest it pours. I think the Bush Babies will be over later, to give out gentle hugs and magic little paws.

I hope the dress fitting was ok, even if it was only a fleeting visit. Stress won't help, that's for sure, it is a silent enemy of us all. There is a lot going on at the moment, which is putting it mildly.

Jericat is doing so well, flying here and there, clocking up the miles. Tomicats broom is hidden in the ravine, near to us, completely out of reach, except for puskins. :?

Leaving lots of ((())) to feel better very soon.

Hi Kath, oh dear, I see you are having trouble with your laptop, is it a windows one or an apple one?
I can ask Pepe and Miss Sleek to send a spell, to make the laptop behave, it would be for the greater good, so the spell will be allowed.
They said they will work on one and cast it when they skype later. They send their hugs and all our hugs too, to keep the ouches at bay and stop you throwing the laptop out of the window :?

They were out flying over Pendle early morning, both of them were drenched  covered in twigs, so they had been into the ravine. Still no word on the advanced tests, nothing down our chimney.

Did I mention I was hot, from ironing, yes, I did, oops. Dryer and washer still going, catching up nicely with housey things. I have about had enough though, for one day.

Let me go find some cakes, Barbara will be here any minute and I will get into trouble if the tin is empty.............

Cherry cream cheese coffee cake with vanilla cream :D

    Cherry-Cream-Cheese-Coffee-Cake-with-Vanilla-Cream-Cheese-Glaze-8.jpg

I hope everyone else is ok, Toni, Carol, still sailing away, Barbara, Charrisse, Christine, Elizabeth and all.

Time for pills here, so I had better move, I don't want to, having only just sat down

Will call back later, take care everyone. XXXX Aidan

Ooops! Where did the hours go today I wonder? The man has been back again clearing around the trees….he’s upset the moles – holes everywhere!

So Pepe has been zapping around then catching insects and dodging obstacles Aidan? Definitely the test is imminent….we shall see. I heard Miss Sleek on the phone to Hogwarts and she seemed exited???

When she got in this morning she was covered in twigs and bits??? Any idea why?

It sounds as though your pain is getting back to the level at which you can cope. That is good  :) The good morning for today was so pretty, but I think I have missed my breakfast :(  Shame I would have enjoyed that.

Of course the breadcrumbs are gone most definitely! Checked an hour or so later they weren’t back hahaha! Do you do that too?

It IS warm 22 degrees and I have also put the aircon away Typical eh? fsmile

Oh my goodness! Cherry cream cheese coffee cake with vanilla cream!!! So yummmmy  

Poor you Kerrin :(  I do hope the cough goes very soon ((())) Jericat has been all the way over here!! Is she allowed? Anyway she came to see Diddicat and is intending to go to Pendle tomorrow with Diddicat to visit Pepe!

Have you heard that Tomcat has a secret broomstick?? Well he has do not say a WORD!!

Hi Kath how annoying when you can’t get your computer to work soooo frustrating!! I am sure the pusscats will do their best Pepe and Miss Slimkins are allowed to do spells for good only and helping you would be good 

Barbara I think some CCTV would be a good idea you know incase the Dad tries to break in. Would her Mum stay there? And Dad too so she’s not alone? Just a thought….there is an injunction in place for safety.

Oh the shame of the breadcrumbs    They are all gone now I can assure you. I love uncut loaves, but this can be the consequence can’t it? The shame of it

Hi Joan love to you and Sue I hope all is well and you enjoyed the weather today 

    Love to everyone else

Evening to all - well nearly morning, so I will cover both options :)

Hi Barbara I can imagine you are having brain fade at the moment, with looking after the children, then having to take time out with their Mum.
There are all sorts of camera's you can get, go pro, like the ones people have in cars and use for sports etc. Worth a look around say on Amazon etc. Do you have a security light that faces onto the neighbours property? Even the solar ones are quite effective.

Try not to worry yourself too much, easier said that done I know. ut you can only do what you can do and keep watch without exhausting yourself.

Thank you for the hugs, I was in need, every joint and disc was shouting the odds. But, it was worth it, Mum n Dad were very happy that everyone got together for their special meal.

Hasn't it been so warm, I see Toni has put their AC unit away too - blame us Barbara, if we get them out again, it will snow.

Enjoy the cakes, all of them, well, maybe not all at once. we don't want you queasy.

Hi Toni, the hours are in the shed, in the secret garden, along with all the others. They can be taken back and used as and when needed. :D

Oh dear, the moles are upset, holes all over the place. Miss Sleek will be pleased for her practice skimming the ground routine. Can you not get those sonic mole repellers, that go in the ground, they don't harm them, just deter them.

They have arrived, two tickets, to Hogwarts !!!!!

    train-ticket-to-hogwarts.jpg?w=580

The date on the back is for the 31st August, they have to stay over, for their test at the beginning of the new term, on the 1st September. Miss Sleek will be loop the loop, Pepe turned white and fainted. He is ok now, just a little "clingy" Maybe Miss Sleeks call to Hogwarts, spurred them on to send out the tickets.

They were both in the ravine, amidst the moss and lichen covered branches, hence the bits of forest attached to Miss Sleek. That was after a high speed chase all around Pendle.

It was a lovely Good Morning, with Butterflies being the order of the day :) Never too late for french toast and chocolate spread

The cherry cake looked SO wonderful. We had to have one.

The ouches are not as bad, I think I have managed to tone them down to their usual levels.

We don't have a bread bin, but I do sneak the biscuit tin into the kitchen every day, to check that there are no crumbs and bits lurking.

You have even warmer weather, I have been melting at 19 degrees, I am definitely menopausal  :? My GP said he thinks men go through the "change" too. Well, this one does :lol::lol:

Pepe did say that Jericat was coming up to visit with Miss Sleek, Hermione is granting a gentle transportation spell, to have them up here in a flash. Ms Jericat will love flying around Pendle and all the spires. She really is a natural.
They will show her where Tomicats broom is kept, in the deep undergrowth, down the ravine, with the Nymphs and Fairies.

Of course, none of us know a thing about it, we don't want to blow his cover, of a rather fine broomstick. Wonder how long he has had it and who coached him, it wasn't Miss Sleek or Pepe, or Ms Jericat - hmm. the plot thickens. :? :?

Don't let Barbara see any breadcrumbs this morning  :lol:

Hi Joan, hope you are doing ok without the boot, for most of the time. Does your foot feel to be getting stronger?

I agree, house work is never ending, you can dust one day and the next day, the sun shines and it looks like you have not dusted in months !! Like Miss Haversham's front parlour.

Kerrin I hope you are feeling a bit better and the AB's are starting to help.

Hi Christine, did you manage to get anyone to re home the Irises in the pond? Hope you hands are ok and that your Boss's house was not a complete tip when you went in.

Hi to Carol, Kath, Elizabeth, Charrisse, Mig and all.............

I had better move, it is nearly 1am. Everyone take lots of care, I will have a quick pootle through the sanctuary and bid the lovelies a good night. XX Aidan

Good morning Joan :) The chap this week had been digging out as much soil as possible so the trees (when they are removed) on Saturday can come right out :)

    https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B4IVpULh-L7CMEV0QXRMVm0td2s/view?usp=sharing

This is the soil that's out so far (will go back afterwards)

    https://drive.google.com/file/d/1bQbUfkAyCXjcGgB13a4_ipx6baE-siHgjg/view?usp=sharing

    Real molehill in front!

    Morning Aidan

Am chomping on a muffin thank you :) Tigger? asleep he must have been bounced-out!

I might go to the shed soon and grab some restful hours. Did you know there is a so so comfy bed in the summer-house? bliss....

The tickets have arrived!! 31st August? Miss Sleek was so over-exited last night. Jumping, pouncing and spinning getting practice in. She skyped Pepe last night and reminded him of his ability to catch insects mid-air, his spire-looping etc and is going to do more hypnosis if needs be.

out first thing with Jericat and over to Pendle to pick him up his morning. I'm glad the transportation spell was gentle we don't want Jericat suffering do we? Tomicat's broom is very very swish I have no idea who his mentor is/was either :?

I am glad to hear the ouches are back to 'usual'

I did the sonic mole repellers last near and the didn't work :( yah booh :( I also did 'sork' bulbs and they didn't work. I will live with my mole(s) he/she/they were here before us to be fair :? Sonic repellers are just visible in the mole hill picture :)

Biscuit tins are as bad as bread bins...maybe worse

Indeed men do have a 'change' I think hormones decrease and weight goes on for both genders! Yesterday was HOT here  fsmile Dare we get out aircons back out??

When does Christine get back? I have been doing her fruit-round as well as my own. The animals all seem very happy ATM sun yesterday pleased them all very much :D All troughs, pools and ponds are full.

    Love to everyone

First of all, a huge thank you and lots of hugs to the the darling puss cats. My laptop today is positively rampant. :D

I've eaten so much cake, I'm fit to burst. The corn bread is fantastic.

Toni, love the photo of the trees. They look as though they are standing up by magic.

By the way Aidan, I've swept all the crumbs away, I made even more than you did!

Joan, I hope you Sue and the doggies are all well and that your foot is improving.

Afternoon to all, quite a nice day, warm, but a wonderful breeze, whisking away any hot air from the dryer :)

Wow Toni, that is some digging out, I am sure they are Californian Redwoods !! Magic roots.
Boy has he worked hard digging the soil out, prior to removal. You would have needed a tractor to get them out otherwise and that would have ruined your garden.
I spotted the mole hill, that Miss Sleek has been skimming over.

The muffins did look rather good :) Tigger, I liked Tigger, wonderful things, as they said.

We will probably bump into each other in the shed, gathering some spare hours back, all of the mornings hours vanished today and I was well ahead, at one point

Oh, the bed in the summer house, yes, it is a water bed, at the perfect temperature, fills in all the gaps and supports everywhere. With fresh 900 thread count cotton sheets, that change by magic, so they are permanently line fresh.............bliss.

Yes, the tickets are here, Pepe has them hidden under his pillows, on my bed. He has shown Miss Sleek, as you can probably tell from her practicing sessions.
They were down in the ravine again this morning, showing Ms Jericat around, then up and around Clitheroe Castle, shooting the breeze and chasing Swifts over the river

He might well need a little more hypnosis as the time draws nearer. Running through the wall at the Station. How amazing.

We will have to find out who Tomicat's mentor is or was, they must be from Hogwarts. Hermione has never said a word.

Yes, the ouches are the all the time ouches  Which we get on with and try and ignore whenever possible.

I guess the moles were there first, if you have tried two methods and they are not in the slightest bit bothered. We don't want them snared or trapped, I know you would never allow that.

I will be checking the biscuit tin shortly, to make sure it is tidy. If not, everything comes out and it gets another wash.

I am glad you agree with the male menopause, I am that person, hormones, what are they? Weight gaining, yep, hot sweats, yep, mood swings, yep.  :lol:

I think we should hold out with the AC units, today and tomorrow are warm, then it seems to cool off a bit. Rain is on the way for us later, already going dark over Pendle.

Christine is back, do you mean Carol? I think they are away for 2 weeks and 2 days. I would have to look back. I think they have been gone a week and a half now. Should be back on Monday

Thank you for looking after the fruit rounds and checking on all the lovelies, Dr Doolittle is on today along with the regular keepers.

Hi Barbara Good to hear that your brain is back to normal again.

Pepe and Miss Sleek are only at Hogwarts overnight, then they take their tests and will be transported back, by Mr Potter himself.

He does sound like a really bad apple, that husband. Better to be rid and have little or nothing else to do. If he was so controlling and there was some suspicion of domestic violence, that is terrible.

most security cameras can see very well in the dark, they have infra red lights on them. A wifi one would be ideal. I am sure you will get the right one and that, along with the vigilant neighbours will be a comfort to her.

So your OH is still in training with the housework, bless, it can take some time   Don't worry, the chores will still be there, you have been otherwise engaged, caring for neighbours.

Kath, you are MORE than welcome for all the hugs and positive well wishes. We don't give them enough credit really, which is a shame as they often work quite well.

I will pass on your kind thanks to Pepe and Miss Sleek, their magic spell must have worked, they will be pleased.

Steady away now with the cake, one slice at a time :lol:
Corn bread is yummy, I remember corn bread fritters in America, they were a little moreish to say the very least.

Thank you for sweeping away the crumbs, I make a terrible mess at the GC with my scone.

Right, I had better move, catch up with the last bit of drying, "mothers bed blankets", so the washer will need a de-hair rinsing session and the dryer de-fluffer will be full to the brim

Love to all, in and out of the cafe, Christine, Carol, Kerrin, Mig, Charrisse, Elizabeth, Joan and all. Hugs in abundance.

    Time for something sweet.

Evening / morning, to all - I trust everyone is as ok as possible.

Toni, your roots are showing :lol: :? sorry, I could not resist, I won't mention it again.

We are on a no fly order, flashes of lightning and supposed pouring rain, although we are bone dry at the moment. Our weather said rain from 7pm, lasting all night.

Pepe is still over the moon, so much so he has been eating batch number 55 of his food sachets, the ones that have been tampered with by the vets !!  He must be preoccupied with Hogwarts.

It was chitter chatter all the time while we were napping. Miss Sleek is beside herself.

I hear, that if successful in their advanced test, they will each receive a wand. Not one like Mr Potters, way too much power. :o Just a basic one, that can cast nice simple helpful spells, for felines and humans alike.

    All very exciting. :animal_busy:

Kerrin, I hope you are feeling a bit better, those AB's should be starting to help now - always takes that bit longer when ones immune system is somewhat compromised. The Bush babies will pop by and we will all send our positive thoughts your way :)

Barbara, did you manage to get a camera, to keep an eye on next door. I get the feeling that your neighbour will come out the better from the recent events, it seems that she has been putting up with more than her share of being trampled on over the years.

Carol will be sailing the Med and soaking up the sunshine and all the visits ashore. Keeping clear of the internet cafe's on board and just relaxing. I hope they are having a wonderful time. sdrink

Christine, sending hugs, just in case you had to face a mountain of clutter at your Boss's house this week. It is ok to have a housekeeper, but for family members to take liberties, is not ok.

Oh I am in a bolshy mood this evening  :? not really, just rambling on............

Kath, I hope you are feeling less ouchy and that the computer continues to behave itself. Let us know if otherwise and Miss Sleek and Pepe will cast another spell of helpfulness.

Joan, lots of love to you, Sue and the lovely doggies. Hope you have been out and about, with doggies riding pillion :)

Charrisse, I do hope you are ok, managing to get out to your knitting group, sending ((()))

Elizabeth, how are the school holidays going. Take care all.

Hi to everyone else too. Here or out and about.

All the lovelies are calm and settled, even the owls are pretty chilled out and not hunting voles.

We have had a quiet evening, naps, supper, pottering.....just taking it easy and catching up after the busy days at the week end. It takes a while to recover.

Out this morning to the GC, for coffee and scones. A little shopping, more food from the vets, then home.

I will big everyone as good a night as possible. Take care.

Just eating a maple syrup pancake or two...sorry mouth is full

Barbara I hope you can get a camera or at least some super powerful pir lights. My Mum and Dad had some little alarms that went on the windows any movement and they set off a little hnad sized alarm. Available still at Maplins. Google door/window alarms. Some people use them with Confused people so they know they've got OUT.

So sorry to hear what the lady has been suffering without realising it :(

It's raining today I bet the chap will still work as it is set to dry up  He says he is fine. I suppose he's used to it :?

Ah Kath I am so glad to hear the cats were able to fix the computer for you!! :animal_busy:

I am full of cake too white chocolate raspberry cake mmmmm!

The trees do look odd! They are the conifers that have been neglected by the previous owners.

Aidan yes I did mean Carol is back, but hang on...where IS Christine??

I don't mind doing the fruit it's good for the animals and they seem to love it. Except for seals/sealions and penguins (when did they appear???).

Too right I would never allow my moles to be hurt nope no k050.gif

I hope that Pepe and Miss Sleek showed Jericat the Catherdral and she chased the swifts too. She'd have loved that! According to Miss Sleek Jericat takes to everything new and looks like a Cheshire cat with a big grin :)

I know imagine going through the wall!! Diddicat cannot wait she said Pepe tried going through a real wall yesterday and fainted?? She took a photo of the tickets and has them hung up near her food bowl :)

The wands are apparently sooo special that when they hold them they will have an opposable thumb while they cast their simple spells.

Oh yes that bed in the summer-house...those sheets....sigh!

Ok we will manage without the aircon for now  If you're sure it will be worth it :?

These trees! They are amazing so high up still and 2/3 went last year! The chap has done a great job so far.

As for you saying my roots are showing  they are too! I'm booked in for Monday morning

I hope you are at the vet only to collect supplies of food?

You enjoy the GC good you are back to normal more or less and able to venture out again now.

Hope Mum and Dad are recovered too?

A quick HELLO to Joan :) I hope all is well with you all up there :)

    Better get on

Did anyone see Love your garden last night? The young man was a zoo keeper who lived in the zoo grounds and wanted a large compound turned into a garden for him and the rest of the keepers to use as a private place for their own use. It was wonderful to see all the animals and birds, which he obviously adored - including the elephant and the giant tortoise. :D

My laptop has gone wonky again. :x

Afternoon to all :sun: goodness it is very warm. A little wilted here.

They are good, those Maple pancakes, we will forgive you for talking with your mouth full of them :lol: large cup of T for Toni please.

Good thinking Batman, those window alarms are very good, we have them on ours. I am sure Barbara will be able to gather some of them.

As soon as I said it was dry last night, the Heavens opened  Still, it watered the pots and grass verge.

Mum's gardener, (who was contracted with the Church, to tend to their lawns in their rented bungalow) would be there no matter what the weather, impervious to rain, hail, snow etc.

Your guy has done a really amazing job.

I think Miss Sleek and Pepe need to cast another spell, Kaths computer is playing up again. an anti Gremlin spell is on the way Kath.

I have a feeling that Christine will have been met by a mountain of clearing up to do, after the younger members of the family left a trail of trammel behind them. I hope I am wrong

We have Penguins?? :? they appeared from nowhere - King Penquins and Rock Hoppers, all very lovely and they get on very well with the seals. We will need more mackerel and fishy things  Over to you Toni.........I can always take over the fruit duties.

I knew you would never hurt your moles. I bet Miss Sleek would soon swipe one on her flight training

All three Amigos did chase the swifts up and down the river, under the arches of the bridges, at hair raising speeds, Jericat just loves it all, Pepe was hanging on by his eye lashes.
I had a feeling Pepe was a little stunned by something, I might have known it would be a brick wall, I think they went to Clitheroe Station and he thought it was the 9 3/4 platform. WRONG.

The wands are indeed, very special. They can make a proper hand shape when using them, how wonderful. I don't think they can make a transportation spell, not yet a while, they will have to ask Hermione if one is needed.

I am there, asleep in the fresh linen :) I will also pop in and gather a couple of hours back from the shed. There is another door in the shed, at the back, no idea where that leads to??

It is well hot here, windows open, some breeze, but not enough. I dare not put the dryer on, I will faint. Tomorrow is to be 5 degrees cooler, which I will gladly take.

Monday for the roots, Lol. All roots being sorted, very good :)

Yes, more food for his Lordship to turn his nose up at. I keep telling him this is costing a small fortune, so be a love and EAT IT

We went to the GC, I had a scone, but Mum was not herself today, really vacant and slow, she had a light cake, instead. I think the week end has caught up with her big time. She had forgotten how to do her insulin, (she did it in the end, but had to read the booklet) I said don't hesitate, ring and I will come and do it.

Hi Barbara, that's good, if you have already got the camera. SD card ones are fine and will work in the dark too. As you say, where to hide it?

The scones were fine, I did have to send one back again last week. It was much warmer today, so I was leaking by the time we got to Sainsb and they had the blower heaters on as you walked in.

I am not sure if I could go onto everything Soya  So I will have to put up with it. My Cardio did say that people with heart conditions ore often very sensitive to the heat and their own body thermostats don't work quite as well.

No, I will have to look for Love your Garden on catch up, Kath watched it too, it sounds wonderful.

Kath, the puskins are on the case and casting spells as we speak. Hopefully your laptop will recover again. We have driven past Blackpool Zoo many times, on our way to the Hospital, it is only down the road from there. Years since I went to the zoo though.

Time is running away with me, so I will go hunt some cakes and catch up with everyone later. Hi to everyone else, here or there, far and near.

Take lots of care, it is almost nap time :animal_busy: XXX Aidan

    Evening everyone.

A few more busy days sorting out wedding things. Yesterday had a hair trial and today went to finalise things at the venue. A selfie of me yesterday after the trail, photobombed by Tomicat.

Talking about Tomicat, he's admitted to the secret broom. Didn't want his Garfield reputation ruined. Jericat is in and out all the time brooding it all over the place. A bit of a cheeky Minxie she is.

Aidan hope you are feeling better. My chest infection is still lurking but think the antibiotics are helping and it's getting better slowly.

Hope your laptop is fixed Kathleen or I will have to send Jericat down with a spell or two.

Looking good Kerrin and Tomicat looks so sweet too :)

He 'fessed up did he?!! Bless him I think he is rather good - did he tell you who his mentor was?

Well done more things ticked off the wedding list :D Were the curls in the photo for the wedding? I love those almost ringlet curls :)

Joan I didn't manage to bring anything from the old house's garden :( The conifers will be felled on Saturday that will be nice :)

Hi Aidan :) Well the pancakes were so nice I had to keep eating so I was bound to talk with my mouth full.

Those alarms are good I wish I'd kept my Mum's they are good as they don't get set off by pusscats. Cheap enough too just on the downstairs windows.

OUr chap was back today doing well more tomorrow then tree fellers on Saturday.

I have a feeling real gardeners don't mind a bit of rain  One paid by the Church would do well to ignore rain else a thunder clap might get him

Ah yes Christine did say she's be cleaning once the 'kids' left :?

Ok ok I can feed the pengies!! I wuv them!!! Don't mind a few smelly fish Barbara has done loads today.

They are King Penguins and Rock Hoppers.

What's wrong? The computer playing up again Pepe and Sleek will have a think about what they can do to help Kath.... Clitheroe Station  Oh no!! poor Pepe!! Bless his heart. He does a good job of fooling Jericat that he is a very experienced flier though doesn't he?

Ye those wands might come in very 'handy'

I saw the door too in the shed...it disappears sometimes and shimmers. I think one of us should brave going though :?

Oh poor Mum :( Forgotten how to do her insulin? Dad will keep an eye and if necessary you must take over for her. I hope she is resting a bit more ATM.

Kath you and Barbara both!! I wish I'd seen it - something else for catch-up TV for me.

Aidan sad the cats are trying to sort out your computer.

A wildlife camera sounds a good plan Barbara. Where to hide it? First of all needs to face the part of the house which is most hidden.....

I think you can take the alarm bit of those window alarms into next door's house. HE cannot win!! :x

I can't wait to see he wall exposed behind the trees and more of the sunset too :)

Thanks for all that help with the animals!! AMAZING :D

Busy morning tomorrow so I might be late in don't be worrying :)

    Love to everyone

    Evening to everyone.

My thoughts and prayers are with those who have perished at the hands of terrorists in Barcelona, to those who are injured, to those who have lost loved ones. Utterly mindless murder of the innocent.
When will it ever end.

Hi Joan, good to see you. NO, not trouble with the heating..........  That was kind of your neighbour to add some water. Sometimes the pressure drops and if it goes below 1 bar, or something like that, the boiler won't work. Oh, hark at me, Mr Plumber. Barbara's OH will know for sure.

Who is your internet provider now Joan? We changed from TalkTalk to Sky, after TalkTalk was hacked and our details were stolen, fortunately not the bank details.

Hope you have been out and about, with Sue and the doggies, weather permitting.

Hi Kerrin - Looking good there :) Liking the curls, they suit you just fine.
So, there you are Mr Tomicat, photobombing Mum's picture. Typical puskins.
So he has admitted to having a broomstick, he is not letting on who his mentor was or still is, or what grades he attained. All very mysterious.

So glad that your chest is feeling better and the AB's are getting to grips with the infection. I have seen so many people barking and coughing, there seems to be a lot of chest infections going around.

I am kind of back to "normal", thank you. Whatever normal is  :? pottering and doing bits and bats, never bored though, we run out of hours in the day most times. Best laid plans and all that.

Of course you had to speak with your mouth full Toni, the pancakes were too good not to carry on talking. I think I vacuumed most of the crumbs up :lol:

They are good alarms and pus cat friendly too. At the last house we had Viper alarms on the windows and doors, linked to the main house alarm. We said to the guy, we want the alarm to go off BEFORE anyone has chance to get in, not after they are in. They were very good, wireless, felt much safer with them installed. Sorry, I am rambling, again

Tree felling on Saturday, more pictures :)

You will certainly have more of a view and more light, without a doubt. They are a serious set of roots.

Mum used to fuss over the Gardener, we still see him occasionally in Skipton. Really nice guy, lovely family. Mum was always out with Tea and Kit Kats  Then she would spend ages getting every bit of grass up, that had blown onto the paths and I mean every bit...........bless

    I hope Christine is ok.

Way to go, feeding the penguins, thank you :) I will do the cleaning of the "facilities" in various animal homes. Barbara has done a sterling job with the feeds and bottles. Much better since she got the automated bottle filler and didn't have to syphon the milk off

Pepe was chatting to Miss Sleek about a new spell for Kaths computer, I think they have cast it now, so we will see. Fingers crossed.
Yes, straight into the wall at Clitheroe station. Miss Sleek was quick to cast a spell of anti ouches, whilst trying not to laugh :?:lol: He does try to fool Jericat that he is as good as Mr Potter, on his broomstick

It transpires, that there is a wand, in the ravine, with Tomicat's Broomstick. It is not just a basic wand either. Miss Sleek and Pepe cannot pick it up, it vanishes when they go near it  Me thinks Tomicat is hiding many lights under his Bushel.

That's the door, the shimmering one. I am not too sure about going through, not tonight. I know it will not be anything to be worried about, but, maybe later today.

Will be keeping an eye on Mum - sadly Dad would not have a clue what to do, instructions or not. I might suggest the District Nurse pay a visit, they did say, ring when you need us............

I won't worry if you are late in, promise...... :? I know, you don't believe me.

We have no great plans for the next few days, some chilling out time,( me, relax, that will be the day ). Pottering no doubt.
Love to everyone, Christine Mig Carol Elizabeth and all, take lots of care XXXX Aidan

We need a set of these in the cafe :)

That's great isn't it? Mind you a scooter or wheelchair may be wider I still think GREAT!! :D

Aidan I have no idea where I was yesterday, but I only saw the news last night and like you am sick to my stomach about Barcelona's terrorist attack :( I don't know what to say I have no words left.

Hahaha! it was you who hovered my crumbs up? thank you very much

Your Mum was right to fuss over the gardener you have to look after them. I've been making mine butties and plenty of drinks to keep him going. She obviously took great pride in her garden :)

I am glad Barbara isn't syphoning the milk anymore - yuk!! Thanks for the cleaning between us all the jobs are done and we can enjoy the animals. The fish were a bit smelly I wonder what Pepe and Sleek would make of them?

Jericat doesn't need to know that Pepe isn't as good as Mr Potter at flying  Yes naughty Sleek laughing at least she did cast anti-ouch spell for him through her giggles.

She is after opening something (treats I think) with her 'thumb' when they have their wands, but I don't think it works like that :?

I hope they have been able to hep Kath's computer though....

The wand!! with Tomicat's broomstick    Did you see his face in the photo? He is a wily one isn't he?

I was up early so popped in anyway before getting on.

The shimmering door have you seen the sparkles which drift onto the floor from it? FABULOUS!! I want to go through, but am a wee bit nervous.

Perhaps a breakfast muffin will help? Thanks you :)

It's good you two are there (especially Matron) to keep an eye on Mum :|

I LOVE the new mugs!! Buy them out of the petty cash tin go on!!

    Love to everyone
