Hope you get something to just help relax you. I had some stuff beginning with R but can't remember what it was called. It worked but well in my case the muscles kinda keep the bones working in the spine and when they relaxed I wasn't too good. They would have been alright had they just been at night but they gave me them 4x a day so it didn't really work. help is out there flower and its just wrong we all have to fight for it. Glad the bubble is back and keeping you calmish. NO food yesterday doesn't sound good lovey, no wonder you missing the sale today. Cornish ice cream sounds good if you can slip a bit down. Just wish it had pain relieving qualities too that would be some find eh!

Leaving some more buckets of anti wished juice since you seem to be bartering it for favours! Not a bad idea methinks. I will do a bit of chickening, sheeping and watching the dawgies run for a bit with Elizabeth to give you all a hand there. Really wish we could for real to be honest, but you are miles away down there.

Trying to avoid the ironing here, with Elna out of action I will actually have to do it myself at some point but will just have another brew or two with you first while I think about it. :roll:

Oh long day..... they don't get shorter and as the light opens up there is more to do but.... here's the rub...

I am so useless.... if the stomach pain doesn't get me the back, neck, shoulders, elbows and wrists do......

Some of it is the mtx hasn't got there yet (though much better than the tablets ) and I have lost the diclo's once and for all.....

Got a poorly animal and its taking so much out of me.. however I am surprised at what I can do if really do have to but it comes with such a high price.....

Chris Ice cream its ok with... it cools it as well cus its been a bit like on fire from the throat down. That's possibly a good sign but I will honestly be pleased to know what it is down there... still say its an Alien
