Skezier, we'll all be with you on Saturday, whether you go or stay you won't be alone. Only you can decide but whatever you decide to do or not do won't make any difference to us.

The sheep were pretty good company - but then I'm used to sleeping with Mr SW, who also doesn't bring me a cuppa in the morning (though, if he did, I don't think he'd dribble in it.)

The bare bear's back. Here you go. ((( )))

    HI Cris my love,

popping in with a supply of specially soft wonky hugs for you, along with a promise that you'll need very big pockets on Saturday, cos we're all jumping in with you!

Boats don't fill me with excitement either, and I tend to plead sea-sickness, vertigo, headache or all three to avoid going on them!

Perhaps you can find a reason to lurk on the shore, safe out of the way but still part of the goings-on so to speak?

whatever you decide, I KNOW you can do it, and do it with style.
Whatever the others do is their business!

much love and many many hugs

    Morning Petal,
Its up you but I genuinely dont like boats at the best of times and would be thinking of all excuses to get out of going but just remember if you do go we'll all be there with you. Just let them dare say or do anything and there will be one large splash and they will land in the water :lol::lol:
If you do decided to go at least that will be the end of it......You can do it!!!!!!! Remember we are all with you.

Mind you some of 'em

AS Wonky says put something on with lots of pockets...at least you dont have to be quite so smart as for the funeral do you??

Bless you for caring about your Stepmum.

I shall sleep on the roof tonight to ensure I don’t arrive with bits of hay sticking out.

Hi DD, Val, Toni, Wonky, Julie, Hileena, Joan, Poppy and Rose,

Tis late and one of my incredible pa's will be cross with me cus she told me to get some sleep... she also went over and above and worked out my route as well.

I was a bit vague on where this was going to be.... no I am confident I can drive straight there  Its helped so much as well cus i am a bit wound up about this one......

Worse than the funeral for so many reasons....

Oh before I forget..... Miss Breagh took a custard cream from my hand...... 6 times today now  She is a bit timid about it but I am smiling even just writing it......

I not so good at the min. Had a fall (again) and landed really stupidly.... I normally go down straight and let the knees cope it but I was at an angle and I put both hands out and hell have I jarred my self up some.

I really am in pain beyond the normal and getting a lot of pins and needles pretty much every where..... Not a good start eh?!

Never mind on the plus side (and I am scrapping the barrel  some) I will be able to see Cornwall even though I crossed the river and can come home over the Moors and well thats not such a bad plan eh?

There is meant to be a thing after wards.... I don't know how I shall feel but for once the bones might just be handy

They are kicking me to bits just now....... I jarred the wrists and bent them further than they normally go  I jarred the elbows, shoulders, neck, ribs and my mate the lumber and at the risk of sounding like a child it don't half hurt.....

Oh the experiment became official by the way....... I can't do the patches and I can't be sick like that so this one works and now its allowed  Only on trial for a month but since I know they work already..... be good to have them for the night use but you can't take them with the trams and if I had known I couldn't sleep cus I so wound up) I would have opted for the trams tonight.......

Wonky my friend I am sorry.... I just can't shut my brain up at all tonight..... hugs mind and SO nice to see you  Being trounced in cats its as if they know my arms are so sore they wont get pushed off

Right so the plan is to heave them all over cored and make for the other bank  I so grateful to you all cus I do the visualization so well and seeing you all push over bored.......

Please could we do the boat owner first?! HJ is so frightening... he always has been cus he older than me.... I was talking to a friend earlier and never understand why i let him ...... never mind it can't take long can it?!

You all have a goodish to good day and leaving my gratitude cus well your all so good to me and I just don't deserve it at all...... I am kinder humbled by it but also so fretful cus today.... today I will be in a boat with people who really do frighten me..... silly isn't it?!

Become an emotional wreck again

still Br really has taken 6 custard crams from my hand and that..... well I already proved I am sad :lol:

Thank you again and leaving hugs and tea for the morning. Cris xxx

Its got to be a decent sized boat hasn't it?!

Well I can't say I'm too surprised to see Cris was posting in the early morning, tho I was hoping that she would get at least a few hours sleep. I do know that 'brain won't shut up' feeling tho so do understand!

By now she should be well on her way, tho I'm afraid I wasn't awake to text her before she left  I'll text her in a few mins cos she'll be there by 11 all being well and was taking a flask AND had the stick in the car already this time :grin:

I know that she wanted to thank you ALL for being in her pockets today. I'm glad she's thinking of us all because I know it will help her - tho I do hope that she doesn't go overboard herself as she'll be wearing her steel boots so doesn't think she'll float  :lol:

I'm not sure whether I should add this bit or not, so just to be on the safe side ....... for those of you who are due a PM Cris said she was sorry but she was too tired to post so would get back to you when she'd recovered from today ..... the fall ...... life .... the universe and everything! (well that last bit was mine but somehow the fingers typed it  ) and hoped you'd understand.

Cris my love, you deserve all the support you get, and never think otherwise.

As for boats and people who are scary ...... they haven't got a whole forum full of people in their pockets have they

much love and lots of hugs to you all from me and Cris

    Chris my love

I hope you are resting well, after such a busy day for you.

Please take all the time you need to recover from all that's happened recently, and only come onto the forum when you're well and able - your friends on here will always understand if we don't hear from you for a while.

Littlelegs says she's coming down with a behaviour modification programme for your brood ..... I'm afraid her plans may include rather too much stick and not enough carrot* (*feel free to replace this with any other food stuff of their choice ) for their liking - but hopefully they will get the message!

Baaaaas, woofs, wags, slurps, purrs (!! must be a special day!!) and love

    not forgetting hugs ((()))

    Hi Cris,
Sorry I have not been about for a while so only just catching up here. Flippin laptop has let me down again.
Anyway my dear Cris I do hope the actual ashes day was not as overwhelming as you first thought. You must be feeling so drained with all the stress and the awful aftermath of the fall. I do hope you have been able to get some help this weekend.
That is lovely that Bre is getting more settled and she has now found her biscuit of choice. I now have this vision of her leaning with legs folded on the window sill watching all that is going on there, and relaying it back to her ladyship....there goes the duck closely followed by Haz with our Sid with his white scarf streaming out behind him.
Oh Cris, your poor wrists and arms, you certainly went down with full force there. I do hope the neck was not jarred too much and the pins and needles are beginning to ease off there.
    Hugs as always,

Hi Wonky, Val, HIleena, Sticky, Joan, Julie, Joanne and I,

Wasn't as bad as I thought it would be partly cus the boat was out of action so it was done from the shore..... not till after I had gone in the dingy... had to get out again via belly and knees....... well it gave them a laugh......

Couldn’t let you know last night a s I was so tired I only jus got home.... thankfully I didn't let the chicken out cus I did heavy duty un-planned armchairing and didn't wake till after 4am

Wish did have some countering about how she had lost a dinner somewhere...... I did try and explain it wasn't lost just late but I don’t think she was buying that..... She can count but only in 24 hr periods.....

Wonky Thanks for the pa duties. I am grateful to you and hope that you have had a good weekend..... even if some of it was ion a pocket in a dingy on the wrong side of the river  xxx

Val Where was the hay... will go and get some  Might have to get the girls on to haylidge you know..... xx

Hileena normal services will resume as soon as I feel less tired and sore. Hope you had a good weekend? xx

Sticky Thanks for coming down off that roof long enough to get your feet wet. It’s gone cold tonight so maybe you should get in on the bales? Wish aid you ere welcome to xx

Joan bit less sore today thanks flower. Hope you and Sue are ok and only 2 days till that plaster comes off eh?! xx

Julie Bre is coming along, she really is. She takes the bikkies if I am leaning through the window but as yet the best I can get her to do when I am in there is stick her nose quickly in the nuts bucket and run off again.....

Sure we will get there cus I don’t normally give up. Wish is the other way round re the bucket... can't get her head out and it’s always best to not let her get it in there

The bones are better than they were yesterday now if I could just stop the tiredness......

    Hope your ok flower? xx

Joanne I still owe you a pm don’t I? Sorry flower the last few weeks have been a bit hard one way and another.

My lot said send Yasmin down, she wouldn’t be out numbered here but there are big scary things in the shed now

Well done to your daughter you must be so proud of her. Hey I hope your lad is ok about gong back to school?

Chickens all got new homes then?! Please don't tell mine..... make shift run for the chicks that I can dismantle ever so easy but so can the lodgers  It’s only till they stop peeping.

Leaving you a ((((( ))))) and a cuppa with a promise I will do you a pm, really will do. xx

I She is funny, she does put her feet on the window sill and then as I go round so does she... knew she would like 3 windows in her shed. Have to put Perspex on then at night mind as its gone some cold eh?

Hey you been spying again  It’s not too far from the truth... and Sids scarf is of course starched

The wrists are okish... swollen but the neuoprothy don't half do me a favor eh?!

Hope your doing ok and hit the lap top from us here as well please?

Sid will see you bout midday if that’s ok with you  xx

Hi Cris, nice to hear from you. I have Izzy sitting on my leg with the door open in case her majesty decides to wake up and go out. Musn't shut the door or she will decide she wants to go out. Me, pander to her every whim?? Yes, of course

Her royal fussiness has got the brand of cat food she prefers in the flavours she prefers. Peace reigns at last, till next time!!

Anyway, your tiredness sounds draining. Sending you a few sleeps, a hot water bottle and a flask of tea. A few biccies as well. I am also cyber doing your chores for you. With you in spirit if not in person.

Hang in there, my lovely x x x
