She's bored and it's itching - two sure signs of recovery in my book But she's still being sensible, especially about keeping the thumbs out of action as that's where the real pain lies. She's trying a little bit more with the fingers though - not that one can do anything very interesting with fingers alone but the netbook enables her to look online briefly. She's seen the thread and thanks you all for your lovely comments. If at first you don't succeed, then skydiving definitely isn't for you.

Hi DD. Am so glad to know that your recovery is progressing well. Although weather down here (Kent) is cold and sunny today, I believe the forecast for later in the week is a bit miserable, so think you are better staying in the warm and taking great care of yourself. It's lovely to get all the updates from Sticky. It appears that Mr DD is doing very well with his nursing skills and you are obviously being well looked after. Take care. Beryl0

Thinking of you DD and glad to see that your recovery is on the right track and you are taking things slowly. Knowing how far to push these things where exercise is concerned is part of the battle to recovery and it sound like you have got this just right. Hope things continue to improve for you and you are back in the forum with brand new, not hurting hands.
Take care Dee x0 -
